It’s snowing and I’m kind of over the cold at this point in time, so I figured I’d share some delicious eats from yesterday and today!
I took my family to @eatwithsafta last night because it is one of my favorite restaurants in Denver. My three favorite must haves are pictured: lamb ragu hummus (seriously bae), charred cabbage (still drooling), and the short rib hummus! We also got poke today from @zeppelinstation yumm! #holisticrendezvous

My health started to drastically improve once I started eating real food instead of processed foods, along with adding CBD oil to my daily routine.

This has got to be a record for the quickest yet one of the healthiest dinners I have made in a while.
Literally 5 minute of sautéing shrimp and a bag of trader joe riced cauliflower stir fry with a splash of siracha. Yummy, fast and healthy.

Same shirt and bowtie but VERY different fit. The bowtie hung off my neck when I tried it back on and I had to tighten it up. The shirt doesn't even fit anymore as I have 4 fingers of room in the neck. Yet, I didn't even really feel or see that big of a change. That was until this last week.
This last week I truly started to feel and look different. Lots of people always ask "when will I notice change" well the honest answer is that it will take a while. For me it was a 25lb loss before I noticed a big difference but that doesn't mean I stopped. You gotta keep going and keep working. You got this! 💪💯

My teammate shares.. I firmly believe that how you look and feel is more important than what the scale says. Unfortunately we have been conditioned to only put our faith in that number! Meanwhile, my clothes fit better, my love handles are shrinking, and my body’s side profile looks great! (No 50-Year old man pot belly here). I’ve lost 14 pounds since I started my new product #KG4 , (in the spirit of full transparency, I am also using the #gel 4 times a day. The gel and KG4 were created to work better together) but the way I look and feel right now, is even more amazing than the weight I’ve lost.

if you know me, you’ll know i am a true foodie at heart. seriously i am so passionate about eating, just ask my husband 😅
so when i first got started with “healthy eating”, it was a bit of a struggle. I thought if i wanted to reach my goals, i’d be stuck with eating boring, repetitive and restrictive meals. BUT BOI WAS I WRONG!
my diet today is abundant with flavor, variety and nutrients 🌱✨
here are some tips to get those meals you crave that won’t stand in the way of your fitness goals..
🌶 utilize spices
few of my favs are cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, pink himalayan salt, nutritional yeast, chili flakes, paprika... there are so many options
🧁create a healthy version
for ex. i’ve been making chocolate protein cakes lately that feel like an indulgence while they are totally healthy and protein packed (i’ll be sharing the recipe later on my YT channel)
🥃 make dressings from scratch
some of my fav ingredients to create different dressings are lemon/lime, ACV, mustard, hummus, tahini, etc. you’d be surprised how much junk is hidden in those store bought dressings!
🌟 try something new
you never know if you like something till you try it. think of all the foods / ingredients you could be missing out on!

Any postpartum mamas struggle to stay hydrated out there?
It’s often times I aspire to be like my friend @krishna_prana33 she’s on top of the water game! She opts for water over any other drinks and always has a water bottle on hand! I always had trouble getting the recommended amount of water intake but after birth I find that sometimes a entire day can go by without taking a sip of water. My eyes feel dry (another postpartum symptom) and I’m constantly parched. It’s just one of those things that I need to work on to help nourish my body. This simple task is a small change I know I can easily work on and for this #100dayproject I hope to replenish my body one cup at a time... I just have to remember Krishna-Prana!
