I don’t have a competition in the near future so I’m spending 8 weeks on my first interest in fitness, bodybuilding!
To give myself a mental break my goals are to thoroughly ENJOY each session I do 3 x weekly. I also want to maintain my endurance that I’ve built. My target is simply consistency 6 x weekly, 3 x bodybuilding, 3 x crossfit each week.
After 8 weeks I’ll focus in on more specific targets, but for now, consistency and enjoyment of the challenge.

Dinner tonight is @harryskitchenuk Paprika Chicken! The broccoli was much more welcome than the evil green beans, but I am 76 calories over today because I ran out of light mayo at lunch and full fat mayo is basically 5776 calories for a drop 😭 however I’m under calories for the week still so it’s not the end of the world just yet! 😂
So ... ummm ... the average person gains 7-10lbs over the holiday season! 😳
That’s a big deal, especially if you’re already wanting to lose a few. This doesn’t only affect us physically, it also affects us mentally. We feel bloated, tired, disappointed. We lose confidence in ourselves and feel that we’re in a no-win situation. *
I’m here to tell you that you can win!! I would love to walk you through, mentor you. I’m not saying it’s going to be easy, but with accountability, determination and hard work together we can make this holiday season different. You don’t have to give up the parties, the special dinners, you can even still have some treats here and there. 🥂🍗🥧 Life is short you need to embrace it and live to your fullest but with balance. *
