On our first night in Hobart we saw the most magnificent full moon. We'd just taking pics of a beautiful sunset when we turned around and saw this right behind us. On a side note, I have to say that I'm incredibly impressed with the Sony's ability to capture this shot without a tripod.
Here’s our good mate/tassie lad @tristanlyness_photography wearing our “Better the devil you know” tee, making his way back down from the Mt.Amos summit looking toward Coles Bay! Remember! $5 from each of these bad boys sold girls straight towards the save the tassie devil appeal! Go and check out Tristan’s page for some epic photography showcasing our island home! #savethetasmaniandevil#betterthedevilyouknow

💬 "This kelp, oar-weed, tangle, devils-apron, sole-leather, or ribbon-weed, —as various species are called, —appeared to us a singularly marine and fabulous product, a lit invention for Neptune to adorn his car with, or a freak of Proteus. All that is told of the sea has a fabulous sound to an inhabitant of the land, and all its products have a certain fabulous quality, as if they belonged to another planet, from sea-weed to a sailor’s yarn, or a fish-story. In this element the animal and vegetable kingdoms meet and are strangely mingled."

A beautiful day to head up the East Coast to celebrate my other half's birthday. I took him to one of my favourite beaches where we hung out for a couple of hours, enjoying a spread of cheeses, antipasto, paté, etc and a wonderful swim in the warm, turquoise water 🏊♀️🌊💙. We stopped at Swansea on the way home for fish and chips and further down the coast for ice cream before continuing on down gravel roads through Nugent and Kellevie 🌳💚.
We stumbled across this place a few years back, whilst trying to climb a mountain. We thought it was too good not to be well known, but to our knowledge only a handful of other people have found it too, and it might stay that way for a while yet. #peakyblues
An amazing meal at @bangorshed
I can highly recommend the Roast Pumpkin Tart and the cheese platter!

I have never been much of a morning person but there is nothing like watching the greys and blues of night broken and transformed by the suns rise 🍃

Doesn’t get much tassie than this! Taking in one of the best views you’ll see anywhere, while kitted up in some awesome Tasmanian apparel. a shirt from @snakegullybandits $5 from every “better the devil you know” tee goes straight towards the save the devil appeal to help with research into devil facial tumour disease.
It's crazy how different this lavender field looks during the day compared to sunrise and sunset, the rising and setting sun leaves the purple field looking a gorgeous bright shade of pink 👌🌷
Cheers @yongi_olney for being a superb model, my question to you all is who has the better curves? The lavender or Yongi? 😉😂
