Changing a variable (that's not to say changing 5 variables at once) is a tried-and-trusted way to use progressive overload in order to keep making progress.
Although increasing load is the first thing that comes to most people's minds, that's not the only variable you can play with.
Simply changing positions while doing the same movement can be enough of a challenge for your body - and this of course applies to traditional strength training as well as mobility training.
