Marathon training peak week. I'm doing it a week early as I have races the week after, great planning 🤦🏻♀️. Hill repeats today, Toby was keen to start off but after 3 he decided to stop halfway up and wait for me to run back down, sensible dog! Trees must have been interfering with the GPS as my pace on the first set was ridiculously slow and on the second was ridiculously fast! There's no way I did 4:13 for my 4th kilometer! I couldn't run that fast down a steep hill 😂
Hill repeats during sun rise! Lenny got to go and had a blast. Most of our usual hill repeats spots are on grass, which wasn't happening due to all the rain. So we opted for the roads around pioneers park!
