Hey everyone, Coach Didi here. I just had the most wonderful weekend here in Bali: learning new exciting stuff, eating new delicious food, making new friends and exploring new beautiful places.
I would like to thank @cfgymnastics for allowing the chance for me to participate in the course, @crossfitwanderlust_bali for hosting and for your warm hospitality and especially to @soulsean for sharing your knowledge of CrossFit gymnastics with utmost professionalism and excellent quality.
I'm excited to bring back what I've learned from the course and apply it to our programming and classes. So if you haven't gotten your first muscle-up, first pull-ups or even your first push-up, it's finally time now that you do 😉

We are excited to introduce our new class: 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗜𝗜𝗧
𝗠𝗼𝘃 /Movement /ˈmuːvm(ə)nt/
the act or process of moving // synonyms: motion, move, action, locomotion
𝘃𝗜𝗜𝗧 /varied-intensity interval training/
a workout program that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity or complete rest // synonyms: timed interval, short bursts, interval training
𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗜𝗜𝗧 emphasises on teaching you the ABCs of natural movements and locomotion at varied intensities, volume and complexities.
Class will be conducted in a timed interval format to boost your endurance whilst developing movement fluency and agility.
