Every 4 out of 5 persons experience Intrusive Thoughts ⚠️
#IntrusiveThoughts are unwanted thoughts, impulses or images that you find distressing and/or disturbing. These thoughts may surround the fear of committing an act you consider to be harmful, violent, immoral, sexually inappropriate, or sacrilegious
The thoughts seem to come out from nowhere and cause a great deal of anxiety . People who experience unwanted intrusive thought are afraid they might commit the acts they picture in their mind. They also fear that the thought are threatening and mean something terrible about them
Intrusive thoughts happen to almost every , and can take many forms. Perhaps you’ve suddenly had the image of stabbing someone you love, yelling in church, jumping out of a moving car, or pushing the conductor off the bus. While doing it wanting to do any of these things is not normal, having intrusive thoughts like these is normal. Research has shown that trying not to have such thoughts by pushing them out of your mind, can actually make them stick around. When someone becomes very distressed by their intrusive thoughts, goes to great lengths to get rid of them, and prevent them from occurring, this can become a form of “Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
If you think you experience any form of intrusive thoughts, TRY NOT TO:
.✔️Try not to engage with the thoughts in any way
.✔️Try not to figure out what your thoughts “mean”
.✔️Try not to use the avoidance mechanism, instead accept the thoughts
.✔️Try not to take the thoughts personally .✔️Try to figure out your triggers

Bolo-mdiaaa!!!
3 bananas (bem maduras);
1/2 xícara (chá) de óleo de coco ou manteiga sem sal;
1/2 xícara (chá) de farinha de coco;
1/2 xícara (chá) de farinha de amêndoas;
1/2 xícara (chá) de adoçante ou açúcar de sua preferência (opcional - eu nem usei, pq as bananas estavam bem maduras); 1/4 de xícara (chá) de coco ralado (sem açúcar); 1 colher (sopa) de iogurte natural integral;
1 colher (café) de extrato de baunilha;
1 colher (chá) de canela em pó;
1 colher (chá) de fermento para bolos. .
Bon apetit! 😊😘 .

2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and peeled
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 large avocado, pitted and chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 fresh limes, juiced
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
lime wedges, to garnish
2 cups cooked brown rice
for the BBQ spice mix:
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
In a large glass mixing bowl place shrimp and BBQ seasoning ingredients and gently stir well to combine.
Set aside for just a few minutes.
In another bowl, add chopped tomatoes, avocado, onions, cilantro, lime juice, sea salt and pepper. Very gently toss to combine.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until they've turned pink and form a nice lightly charring in spots as pictured.
Add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice to each bowl or meal prep container.
Then divide the cooked shrimp and avocado salsa equally, and nicely among the 4 bowls, or meal prep containers as shown.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Enjoy! .
