Our Weightloss Program is different from others because it is very hands on. We don’t only put our patients on their individualized program, we also teach them the WHY.
Why they’re doing certain things in the program.
Why they need certain vitamins to lose the weight.
We’ve seen such success with our patients in helping them understand the why, because it deepens the purpose and motivates them to reach their goals; whether that be to lose stubborn baby weight or get in shape for a marathon.

It’s hard for me to believe I turned “60” this week! Where did the time go?
It went to raising 4 amazing children and living life to its fullest at every opportunity.
Learning, growing, loving, and experiencing life is such an amazing gift.
“I love You Life, thank you for loving me!” has been my daily mantra for the past 30+ years.
I pray I am always open to Life and all her beautiful blessings! Including experimenting with a new look!
What’s something new you’ve recently done or would like to do?
Sometimes you gotta just stop & eat the chocolate cake!
It’s no secret that I have a sweet tooth and LOVE chocolate! In true transparency, I’ve had cake for breakfast- not recently- but I have done it! I also like jelly beans and Swedish Fish!
You hear all the time how life is supposed to be balanced - work, family, fun. But do you allow balance to flow over into your diet?
There was time I thought I needed to out exercise my fork. I’d exercise longer, spend more time on the elliptical or treadmill so that I could justify my food choices. .
Today I live a balanced lifestyle. 80% Whole Foods, 20% treats with a reasonable amount of exercise of about 30 minutes almost everyday. My food choices and indulgences weren’t in balance before - but they are NOW! And I didn’t even think I was capable of this type of lifestyle - BUT I AM! Not only that - but I’m certified in this type of lifestyle! Who knew?!?!
So yeah, I’m eating that chocolate cake and feeling NO guilt about it! #healthyhappylife#balanceiskey#eatthecake#guiltfreeindulgence

don’t feel guilty about treating yourself. don’t deprive yourself of things you enjoy. but promise me this— if you eat the snow cone, then do your damn workout. make healthy choices in your nutrition. be mindful of how you treat your mind and body. keep making you a priority. .

#ViceDetox of caffeine, alcohol and added sugar is still a go as there’s about a week left in April. While giving up alcohol and caffeine have been relatively easy (thank goodness for decaf lattes), giving up added sugar has been harder than I thought. 🥧I always crave something sweet post meal, whether it’s chocolate, ice cream or a piece of gluten-free cinnamon raisin toast so I’ve had to get pretty creative with finding sugar-free alternatives to things such as stevia or medjool dates. ⠀⠀
🧁Case in point: Blueberry cobbler with almond meal crust and pure stevia from @purisure to sweeten. This has been a godsend for sweetening up items without the guilt and the effect on your blood sugar! When finding a stevia product, I was surprised to find that even stevia items labeled “natural” actually had fillers and other additives. @purisure was the only I came across that ONLY had pure stevia, straight from the plant, and nothing else. A little goes a looonnnnggg way as too much can leave a bitter aftertaste. 🥧

Things have been a bit quiet on here over the last month, since my Spring Equinox competition I’ve been taking some time away from posting to focus on enjoying Spring beginnings and some new projects, as well as taking a much needed to break in recent days to explore some secret beaches around Ireland’s coastline.
A big thank you to all of my lovely clients who have booked in over the last month bringing with them thought provoking conversations, ongoing support and being open to receiving fully through their facial massages.
I have lots of exciting things happening over the next months so stay tuned! 💛

The external content available to us can help to nourish, inspire, challenge, educate and guide you. Or, it can be empty energetic calories that weigh you down. Is there room to bring in a little more discernment?

There is always unlayering to acknowledge + do, forgiveness of self + others, letting go, and believing in the bigger vision of yourself!
We all often allow our feelings of others to be draining on our energy, even if we don’t know it... which holds us back from stepping into the grandest version of ourselves.
I’m often cleaning up how I feel about others, past and present, it’s ongoing, and having the awareness when some one ‘rubs us wrong’ allow us to choose to take responsibility for how WE feel, versus how someone ‘is making us feel’
So, let’s breathe... do some visualization on those we want to apologize to, and then forgive them, forgive ourselves, and be in the space of infinite Divine love that is ever present and available.
I did this, this morning and felt so much lighter afterward and felt a lightness toward the people I held in my mediation and visualization.
We all carry heaviness from others... it’s on us to do the soulwork to lighten our hearts around it.
So much love to you on this journey!
did my hair, put on a dress (that actually fits the bump 👏🏻), had brunch with friends to celebrate the noodle on the way 👶🏼 and bought some flowers. Now headed home to swap the dress for “mom on duty” attire 😂!
