A rainbow bowl a day keeps the doctor away✨😌🌿🌈 One of my favourite things about these kinds of bowls is that they look like fancy superfood yogi-Buddha bowls, when in #REALITY they’re just a random bunch of veggies and leftovers from the fridge that I assembled in a bowl and took me all of about 5 minutes🙌🏼 .

Baked sweet potato + celeriac
Fresh lettuce + rocket
Heirloom cherry tomatoes
Also added some apple cider vinegar, black pepper + garlic powder for extra favour⚡️
