3-4 stalks of celery⠀

1tsp diatomaceous earth⠀
phase appropriate seeds: at the moment for me, that’s 1 tbsp each of sunflower & sesame⠀
1. add everything to a blender (I use an Optimum from @froothie)⠀
2. blend on high for a minute ⠀
4. GLOW ✨⠀
*this does taste pretty “green”, so increase the apple or if your body can tolerate bananas, add one in!⠀

BEAUTY IN THE BROKENNESS
So, at the beach I kept seeing ladies standing in the shallow waters waiting for the perfect shell or the unbroken ones to come to shore. Today my kids decided to collect shells while we were walking by the shore. I noticed they kept picking up the broken and the black ones. I said, you don't have to pick up the broken ones. My daughter look at me, no mom I am picking up the beautiful ones. As one would say "the beauty is in the eyes of the beholder". Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthews 19:14. I believe that is why children already inherits the kingdom of heaven, because there are no prejudice, preconceptions, or malice in their eyes. Today has been pretty amazing ✨ .
The Universe has been sending me opportunities I’ve been asking for and I must say it’s been incredible. They haven’t all manifested in the way I envisioned but I can see how they’re leading me to the next chapter(s) of my life 💓 .
Given that I’m a generator (human design) I know that this is kind of how it works, meaning I don’t see exactly what’s coming, I just ask for what I desire and then I wait for an answer and sometimes it’s completely different from what I expected (sometimes it’s even better) but still in line with the end goal which is all that matters 🙌
One of the opportunities I’m eluding to is a new venture in fitness as I’m preparing to start personal training and integrating it into my wellness coaching practice 👍
I’m so excited to start sharing my love for the gym with others and how its benefits can have a HUGE impact on not only your physical health but your mental health as well 💓 I believe that this is part of my purpose in this life 💫 #spiritjunkie .

I respect myself far too much to let people take me for granted. I chose to close the door on that part of my life eight years ago and do you know what? I’ve never looked back!✨
I have grown so much as a person since then and along the journey, I have realised that people will only treat you one way: the way you allow them.
I no longer see people in shades of grey. People are either there with you or against you. They either love you or they don’t. They either care about you or they don’t give a shit. They either make excuses not to be in your life or find reasons to be in it.
I no longer make excuses for rude, selfish and nasty people. I know my worth and I refuse to settle. ❤️ After all, you can't put a flower in an asshole and call it a vase. 🤷🏻♀️😜💐

Nothing better than fueling your body with whole plant based foods with a good balance of macronutrients (protein, fats, carbs). Protein gets a lot of “fame” but what about carbs and fat? ALL ARE ESSENTIAL! And don’t forget about the micronutrients 😉 Quality is key 🙌🏼

Hiking is my favorite way to get strong and feel happy. It takes you to amazing places and reminds you that you are a human living on a beautiful blue and green ball spinning through space - how cool is that? As fitness goes, walking on uneven terrain requires 28% more energy and recruits more musculature than walking or running on flat ground or pavement because the balance challenge requires both your attention and your core strength. Yay stabilization! You can think of hiking as combining strength training and intense cardio, muscles are challenged and strengthened and your heart gets a super workout from the elevation gain. I am so drawn to bring light to this space. This internet community has so much potential to BUILD relationships, BUILD our communication skills, BUILD our connections... but it does exactly the opposite. Everywhere I look, people are glued to their phones scrolling, observing, absorbing... and doing nothing with it. Mindlessly navigating this digital world with no desire to make connections with the people they come across. Why is this? We shut out those around us to observe those on our screens yet, we don’t ever do anything with it! For the longest time I despised social media because of these issues. But then something changed. I realized that my protest will not change the fact that everyone is still caught up in this mess! So, now I am protesting in a different way. If we are going to be in this space together, we will CONNECT! We will ENGAGE! Stop scrolling, start commenting, start messaging. Make plans with these people, reconnect with old friends, meet someone new! Read a good caption and RELATE to one another. I am building my page to become a community of light, love, connection, wellness, and opportunity! Not just for me, but for everyone that comes across this space! Start building here. This is the result of a FIXED mindset.
It also used to be me.
I was waiting for my doctor to figure out what’s wrong with me before I made the changes in my life I needed to feel healthy.
Then I discovered the truth: Actions always come first, feelings always come second. ✌🏼
Once you admit that in order to feel healthy, you must first adopt a healthy lifestyle - or to feel happy, you must first begin doing the things you enjoy - you’re well on your way to adopting a GROWTH mindset.
☑️ Prioritize the PROCESS over the OUTCOME, and make adjustments as you learn about yourself and what it means (and feels like) to be “healthy.”
☑️ Take ACTION to create circumstances that promote what you want or need, instead of WAITING for the world to provide it.
☑️ Accept RESPONSIBILITY instead of casting BLAME on circumstances for your unfulfilled needs and desires.
The first step is the hardest, but once you’ve taken it, there’s no stopping you.

I have lots of new friends on here so I want to introduce myself a little!⠀
I am what we call a people person. I love people. I love meeting new people and learning how to be a better one.⠀
I am crazy about this nerdy guy. Life with him is just better. I couldn't ever be a single mom cause he does so much to make us run around here!⠀
I love fitness! I didn't before, but once I found the right way to fuel my body, I gained energy, motivation, and a love for moving. And losing 25+pounds helped too.⠀
I used to be depressed. And filled with anxiety. I'm really open about it because I know that people who are in it might not ever tell you. People who feel so much and hurt in silence, might also be the life of the party. You. Don't. Know. It's why kindness is a message I want to shout from skyscrapers and engrain in my kids. Be kind. You don't know who is suffering silently.⠀
I also have yet to own a home, or go out of the country (except for Cabo). It's a dream we are working toward for our family that is getting closer, but still feels so far! (And this photo is from 5ish years ago in our tiny apt in San Diego!) I make a point to make my house mine wherever we are and this guy and I do lots of #diy fun with what we can. My kids are pretty great. Sometimes turds, but great. #bossdiaries is 7, and into reading big time right now. And unfortunately also Pokemon. 🙄 #reesedarling is 5, and loves unicorns and rainbows and still flies in her dreams. She is testy, as I'm sure most 5 year old girls are. 💗 And #emeryjeanlove is everyone's favorite. Happy, sweet, smiley, sleeps great, and makes me friends wherever I go. 🙌🏻 She's the perfect wingman to have on my hip.

Hi, everyone! Tomorrow, August 17th, Will be my 31st Birthday 🎉 Today I decided to do a quick recap of last year and WOW! I can’t believe how much my life have change in such a short time... I achieved many goals and put others on hold, people were removed from my life while many wonderful people came into my life... I went to not one but two of @tonyrobbins seminars (life changing), I started my own business as a Holistic Health Coach! In only 12 months I have found my balance between feeling, and looking my best while enjoying life... I started preparing myself for my first bodybuilding competition... I traveled. After living with my sister for 30 years she moved to South Carolina and started a whole new life doing what she loves. I’m happy to say that we have both grow and we have both accomplish many almost unreachable goals. One of my biggest accomplishments this year has been learning how to love and accept myself just the way I am, I learned that with consistency I can achieve whatever I want and most importantly, I can now say that I am beyond grateful for my life while knowing that while I stay focus the best is yet to come! Watch! 😁 Now, you might be wondering... Why I have decided to write all of this? Well, to remind you that age is just a number, that the day I decided to invest in me, and that the moment I realized that I needed to grow mentally, spiritually and physically it’s when everything started to fall into places... so if you are still looking for the real meaning of life?!? Am I the only one who’s looking forward to Fall?🍂
I can’t wait to start seeing a new variety of fruits and vegetables at the farmers market. I’ve always felt most connected to fall and winter produce because of how warm, nurturing and grounding they feel. All the different varieties of winter squash, pumpkin, brussels sprouts, parsnips, citrus, apples and pears are a few of my favorites. Warm stews, soups and roasted root vegetables have such a soothing and nourishing effect on me.
I’m trying not to rush the seasons and enjoy the abundance of things like tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber and berries while they last. But I had to cheat and have some out of season delicata squash last night! It paired perfectly with some simple sautéed kale and swiss chard cooked in homemade ghee with sea salt pepper and fresh thyme from my neighbors garden. It’s the little things!☺️

:: Key Lime Keto Cups::
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (I used @georgiagrinders)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut 🥥 - 1/4 tsp lime extract
- (optional lime zest)
Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl. When fully combined, pour into eight molds. Place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours to set. Once set, remove the cups from the molds and place in an airtight container to eat at your convenience. *these are best kept in the freezer
