Come and join us this evening for a magical sound journey powered by the full moon!
Give yourself the chance to experience what vibration is and how it influence us, since in the core we are all sound and vibration!! We all tall about vibration, energy but do we really feel it?! This is where the edge is!
Working as a massage therapist has taught me many lessons about how our bodies respond to emotions. This work has offered me the ability to explore and dive deeper in to the experiences of human life through physical contact.
Our physical being is the outer most layer and barrier that works to provide a healthy, stable environment for our life forces. Our bodies allow us live out the internal passions and desires of our souls.
The responsibility of our physical container is a massive one that doesn’t come with a guidebook. Add in the mind and emotional layers of the body, this can, at times, seem overwhelming and crippling.
There is a large amount of accountability and courage we must have to create space within our day (sometimes proving difficult with so much external stimulation), to get curious and learn more about ourselves.
As I dive deeper into researching bodywork, especially as it relates to trauma, I continue to find that there is no uniform reactions to these incomprehensible events.
Patterns, yes, but a streamlined understanding of how and where we will carry these wounds does not exist.
We can, however, see more consistency in the benefits of receiving therapeutic and healing touch.
Our body responds by softening the rigidity of its structure.
Our breath deepens and expands further within the body.
Our excessive (and obsessive) thoughts slow.
Our immune systems grow stronger.
Our connection to our Self - mind, body, spirit - expands through neurological stimulation.
Our body and mind feel safe to expose and work through stored information by rewiring our neurological pattern surrounding trauma.
Super energized for T O N I G H T ‘ S Energy Healing Panel!
”In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy." -Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Biochemist and Nobel Prize Winner
For centuries the ancient wisdom keepers and healers had a keen understanding of the energetic body. Healing traditions from China, India, Japan and Tibet, as well as others, all spoke of energy channels, meridians or nadis, along which vital energy flows. Life was considered a bio-electrical and vibrational energy phenomenon and health revolved around balancing energy through various means. Life existed because of life force energy running through and animating the body; ensuring movement, breath, digestion, mental cognition and physical/emotional sensation.
As physiologists, cellular biologists, biophysicists AND energy practitioners continue to expand biofield therapy research, those who are hungry for scientific proof will surely be provided a deeper understanding of energy and energy flow in the human body.

Maundy Thursday today. Beautiful print by Japanese artist Sadao Watanabe ( #sadaowatanabe )
Shocking, isn’t it? That God loves us so much he would come down to wash our feet, dry our eyes, and touch us. I think that’s why I’ll always be a Jesus person. 🌹
Healing touches save lives. My early years were marked by grief and loss. Bad touch, you might say. . .
So when my gorgeous Vietnamese friend S told me about a God who loves me AND wanted to embrace me, during the chaotic college years?
Boom, as they say. I fell in love. . .
So please consider that you really are loved, cherished, and worthy. Always. I wish I could hand my faith out to help us. That’s probably why I want a divinity degree, so I am help guide others to the recklessness and love of a God who not only loves us but who TAKES JOY in loving us, which includes you. #maundythursday#holyweek#journeytothecross#gratitudepractice#healingtouch#writers#grace#joy#japanesefolkart
A new study by a team of Finnish researchers recently published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academies of Sciences (PNAS) analyzes where we feel emotions in our bodies.
Through color-coded visualizations that show different emotions, the team discovered where we physically experience a total of 14 different sensations, including love, anxiety, depression, fear, sadness, and happiness.
The researchers worked with a group of 773 participants (including a control group of 72) from Finland, Sweden, and Taiwan.
According to the data visualization, love, happiness, anger, pride, and anxiety are felt more strongly in the upper regions of the body — in the heart and head, mostly — whereas sadness, depression, and shame are more strongly concentrated in the limbs. Interestingly, surprise and envy circulate strongly in the upper chest and head, which may suggest a correlation between the two. Negative emotions often leave us feeling “cold,” whereas positive ones literally light up the body, making us feel as if we’re on fire.
With this study, the scientists intend to further emotion research; their results, they say, could “even provide a biomarker for emotional disorders” and assist in helping better understand mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. They propose that these body emotion maps are culturally universal, which would mean there’s a distinct biological basis for how we feel. “These sensations,” they write, “could underlie our conscious emotional experiences.”
When we begin to touch and love our own cervix, the paradigm we long for will emerge.
Let us open ourselves up to the magic in our bodies and to remember we hold they keys to Life and Death within us.
That the cervix is the doorway to the womb, where life and death can occur. We are the gatekeepers to this door.
The time is now to stand in the power that is this role.

Healing Energy is a force available to all of us. It is the very definition of abundance and it does not discriminate against any being. Healing energy can be a general experience you ask for or send to somebody or it can be so concentrated and finite that it can work on the atomic level. We are only limited from healing energy in our belief and understanding on how to use it. While it is true that you may not be able to heal everyone and everything due to universal laws and karma, it does not stop you from sending healing energy with loving and compassionate intent to a situation or person. It is far better than sending anger or negativity. In that context, you can send lots of healing energy to yourself, as opposed to negativity. There is healing out there for you, and everything you say and everything you do, don’t forget how loved and supported you are. #crystals#healingcrystals#crystalhealing#crystalhealer#energyhealing#healingenergy#reiki#healingtouch#energy
