And when they don’t make mittens and booties small enough for little bebe fingers and toes, that is also not cool. Thankfully Lena’s llama socks work as booties for James during our run this morning. I am still convinced that every mile in a jogging stroller really counts as two. #hardworkout

Last weekend I competed in the Acid Masters World Championship.
The competition was one of the most tough I've ever did.
But to get the question to being included among 20 other sick strong athletes as some of them are the best in our country in their sports. I don't back off even if it's a month before the competition. 😁😎🇸🇪
I finished as 5th place with 29 248m, with 800m left to 3rd place.
It was close to the top, a bit sad to get a damn mass of not approved reps of Push ups..
And get the hell of cramp in my leg during the Plank that made me scream throughout the whole @fitnessfestivalen
But in last seconds I managed to bend my leg and remove the cramp before the Mother of Fucking Burpees. 🙏🤲
Felt like I did more reps. Fuck. 👀
There was the difference between a podium place and not.
Otherwise I released ALL I had in my body and don't saved any calorie left.

A throw up in my mouth during the last SkiErg. 🤮
Lost my breath and get panic. 🤪
Fell on the toilet floor in the hotel room after the competition. 🚽
Dizzy and felt drunk. 🤢
Couldn't sleep and headache all night after the competition. 🤕
