I love a good training day 💪
Taught a 7:30 a.m. yoga class then took a 9 a.m. handstand class at @warriorbridgenyc ...then headed over to 12 p.m. master class @dharmayoganyc...and for the cherry on top a killer 5 p.m. calisthenics class at @hitfactorybk. My arms were shaking attempting this handstand. How nice to see what the body can do and test limitations. As they say: 10,000 repetitions brings mastery.
