The sheep are happily grazing, the pigs are sunbathing and the bees have started to head out of the hive and forage! A little early taster of spring... Fingers crossed we don’t get stung with a cold snap in March 🤞
We are delighted to have raised £3,989.50 for recent worthy causes, including RNIB and Sarcoma UK - these sponsored runs were the Oxford Half Marathon and a Romsey fun run in memory of a dear friend and work colleague who passed away towards the end of 2018. THANK YOU to everyone who donated and to those who took part 🏃🏽♀️ 🏃🏽♂️🏆❤️
Artisan coffee and coconut milk keeping me going this Friday ☕️ I don’t drink coconut milk for any trendy reasons - unfortunately since early adulthood I’ve discovered dairy is not my best friend, despite cheese being one my many loves in life. On occasion I allow myself dairy products when I know it’s going to be worth it or if the produce has come from rural farms and is fresh - because then I don’t get a reaction. Funny that, makes me wonder if it’s really dairy or the preservatives and chemicals used in mass production of these products? 🤷🏼♀️ Do you have any food intolerances, and if so what do you substitute them with?
