It’s true we are our own worst critic.. and the most judgmental against ourselves. This career has been one of the most rewarding but also can be tiring on our mind, body, and soul. I can’t speak for everyone but I / we (Daina and I ) truly give our ultimate to our clients. May it be squeezing in someone last minute, to accompanying someone who was a few minutes late to listening to our clients stories of losing someone or finally getting pregnant trying multiple times. We share your joys, sorrows, sadness, success, and milestones in life. And I am sure we as well have shared our stories to our clients.
When we ask you how’s your kids or hey isn’t your anniversary coming up? We truly do listen and deeply care for each of our clients. When you step into our salon home you become family. Now why am I writing this? I would like to formally apologize to our clients old and new with our hectic and busy schedule. We have been working tirelessly trying to accompany everyone as much as possible and squeeze people in when we can. This also means no lunch or even scarfing our food down in less than 5 minutes and going home later than usual to our family. We appreciate our clients and know that when you step in we truly and deeply care for your time spent with us and also we do listen, and treat each of you like family. So thank you to everyone of you, those of you who understand and work with our scheduling and double booking. We are truly trying our best to give our attention and time to everyone. But somehow Daina and I got it down as a system and understand your time is precious with us... but we promise you it won’t be a boring time! 😘❤️.. and a BIG THANK YOU to the clients who bring us food and make sure our tummy’s are fed🙌🏻
