a lil core circuit action for this beautiful Saturday 💗_______________________________________________I’ve been trying to focus on eating well but it has been HARD plus I gotta admit, I’ve been neglecting working my core through exercise. Since I’m eating more than usual (bulking meals) I just feel heavier during my workouts so I’ve been hesitant to work my core (probably because of my constant food-baby 🍔). _______________________________________________🔥these exercises are getting back at it, 🔥 COMPLETE CIRCUIT: 30 reps of each exercises, 🔥 NO REST, until after last exercise of circuit (rest no longer than 30 seconds) 🔥 Repeat for a total of 4 sets
