4days till my biggest blow out of the year,normally quite a depressive person on the lead up to me birthday but over last few months iv done a lot of soul searching including facing my past and my regrets but no more life is a gift not promised to every1 and I cant change the past but by god I'm going2take charge of my future..so I'm looking 4ward to being 47 and in the words of Prince I'm going to party like it's 1999 but until then I'm going to work my arse off and face it in the best condition iv ever been in 😁rant over #gymtime#gymlifestyle#runningmotivation#lifesforliving#workhardpartyharder#workout
Meal preparation, some love it some hate it. The bottom line is, those that are serious about obtaining their goals do it no matter what.
It doesn't have to be as daunting of a task as it may seem. Most will cook up all the meats they need for the week in one day, then you simply have to add to it to what ever dish you make. Having all the meat precooked saves time in the long run.
As this picture shows it would take no time all to put a high protein meal together that would keep you on track.
It takes a little work but it's a great habit to get into!
