We love not being sore! That’s why we drink our aminos! Before we new anything about branch amino acids, we would literally miss workout days due to soreness. You shouldn’t feel like that. Yes, you can get full branch aminos through food as well but when you are trying to build muscle and tone up, these are a necessity! At least for us!
🤓Drink them during your workout to get a “jump start” on that muscle repair. Especially leg day!
Before you start any supplements, please do your research on what is right and what works for you and your body. Everyone is different.

Many people talk about a broken heart but they never talk about the actual physical effects that come with it. Like a physical sore heart because of the stress and grief. Anyways to anyone else suffering heart break, I wish you blessings in this day and the strength to keep fighting on. I’m sure in time it gets better, but I haven’t enough experience or time to know yet. 💕

The habit itself of: “The total amount of proteins you are eating” is to make sure you are eating enough LEAN proteins.
Protein is one of the foods that KEEP you FULLER for longer periods of time (so you don’t feel hungry).
Right now, when you try to go on a “diet” …
Every moment of your day, you are constantly thinking about food to a point where you might even BE OBSESSED. It gets to the point where you are so hungry, that you MUST eat yet… you feel so guilty with every bite…
This then leads you into buying expensive supplements that claim it has the newest unicorn horn ingredient that promises to help you burn fat while making you not hungry… and then you find out it doesn’t work after spending hundreds of dollars….
What about this… Imagine being able to lose weight and not feel hungry without spending money...
Eating more lean proteins do exactly THAT...
Also… eating more veggies do the same thing as well...
There are so many additional vitamins and minerals in veggies...
Vitamin and minerals are kind of like a million motivational speakers running throughout your body to ENERGIZE you for hours after you consume them.

You know what makes me uncomfortable? Small talk.
Asking someone how their day is going, hearing a mundane “fine” in response, chatting about the weather, and saying “take care” without actually caring.
Small talk is cheap, lazy, and boring.
You know what I want to hear about?
What keeps you up at night?
Who makes you laugh the most?
When are you the happiest?
Where do you dream of traveling to?
What are goals and aspirations?
I’m a curious and caring person, and I always end up asking someone a million questions. It either rubs people the wrong way or they’re down with it🤷🏻♀️ sorry not sorry.

The tattoo on my upper arm says “Love Yourself”. It took me a loooong time to be comfortable with myself and my body, so I’m gonna love it as much as I can now to make up for all that lost time 😊
Quick update on life and progress: I am still continuing my cut. Meaning I am eating slightly under my maintenance calories (most of the time) and upping the amount of cardio I do. With the ultimate goal in mind to cut some excess body fat. I am so so so excited to start bulking and pushing weight in the gym! I am loving the gym and my program right now so Im gonna change anything at the moment. Hope everyone else is having a great start to the year!! One of my goals for the year was to make sure I am enjoying fitness, meaning if it becomes a chore, I will change it up. There is so much you can do to stay healthy! ❤️ I will be taking pics soon and sharing my progress so look out for that post 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
