I'm feeling a bit tired mentally this week but pushing through because my goals aren't going to reach themselves! 🙈 I hope you guys are crushing your week so far!
So, I’m not really a fan of the photo on the right and I wasn’t going to use it at all! But then I noticed my hamstrings, for the last year I have really worked on targeting my hamstrings! My quads were able to grow with ease but my hamstrings never did. So I dedicated many leg sessions to hamstring targeting exercises for the past 9-12 months! I never really noticed any growth in them, or at least nothing much! But I continued, despite not believing I could see a difference. It wasn’t until I compared these two photos that I really noticed just how much PROGRESS they HAD made! All these sessions and hard work had paid off, I just hadn’t been able to notice it before! When things grow gradually it can’t be hard to notice differences, muscles don’t just appear over night! Keep working hard and believing in yourself and your progress because if you take a photo and compare it to before, you will be amazed by what you can achieve! 💖 #transformationtuesday .

I know I’m 3 weeks late to the party but Happy new year everyone ♥️ I’ve kind of only started my New Years resolutions, healthy eating and exercise plan today 😂 The whirlwind of starting to work full time caught me and I was very preoccupied. If you feel any guilt for not starting yet or having started but gave up don’t worry and don’t be hard on yourself. Every single day has potential for big change and it’s never too late to start. I finally feel very motivated to get back to a clean lifestyle which is making it easier to get back to the good habits but if we only ever do things when we are motivated we will never get anywhere, so this year I’ll be working much harder on pushing myself to do the things I should be doing, regardless of how I feel or how motivated or unmotivated I am. 👊🏻
