What is circuit training ?
A circuit training is an exercise routine that includes 8-10 exercise stations that suppose to be done in a sequence with a little or no rest. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups such as upper body, lower body, core. Also includes jogging, running, or jumping.
There is also resistance circuit training that consists of 1-3 sets of resistance exercises including body weight, free weight, barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises.
Circuit training is a creative flexible and time saving way to keep exercising interesting and boost cardiovascular and muscular fitness. #circuittraining
