We are pretty excited about introducing dairy back into our diet; starting with milk in our morning tea again! We (mostly me and charlotte, though Graham has suffered a bit as a result) haven't had dairy for the last 6.5 months she's been on the outside!
We have found access to grass fed A2 cow's milk. It will be a slow ramp up before we start putting cheese on evvvverrrythhhannng again, while our digestive systems get used to this natural, whole milk.
It was a wonderful day meeting our farmers, Paul and Cindy, and learning all about their 100% A2 guernsey herd, the only in Canada. They also had very open minded thoughts about so much we follow ourselves. Looking forward to building a relationship and learning from these incredible, seasoned dairy farmers. ❤

Me with some of the Hastings United lads away in channel island Guernsey. Long tiring day but the 3 points and time with my football family was all worth it. Hi guys, our boy still isn't home. We are very worried and could use all the help we can get. His name is Koba, he has a unique marking in his right eye, very friendly and quite a tall cat. He's 1 year old and would usually respond to his name (or dreamies) we are in Iceland at the moment and are helpless, we have family doing all they can, and going above and beyond for us. But I'd ask any of my Guernsey Friends if you're in the St. Peters area, specifically Rue De Vinairies/st Pierre Du Bois/Rue Du Douit please please please keep an eye out for him. We love him dearly and just want him home. #guernsey#gspca
