• Purchase a mat and Invest in a membership at a yoga school or some type of training. When we invest in anything finicially it helps us to stay committed.⠀
• Find a yoga buddy! Going to yoga class is a great way to meet new people that are on the same path of raising their consiounsess. Reach out, get a phone number and hold each other accountable for going to practice! I did this in my earlier days and it even inspired me to eat healthier because we would go find a vegetarian place to eat after class.⠀
• Pick a time in your schedule that you can commit to at least three times a week (five is great!) and stick to it. Get in a HABIT of going to practice so that when you don't go, you miss it.⠀ What are some of your ways you stay committed? 🧘🏻♀️ 📷: @fitzjoy1love ⠀
This is Gina & Gina has been putting in #work since she started coming to HFF last summer! She lost 2.5 inches around her waist during our last nutritional challenge and has only gotten more fired up about coming to the gym.

Jessica started practicing yoga when she moved to New York City after finishing college. Growing up a dancer, she fell in love with vinyasa flow and it very quickly became a newfound passion. Jessica attended yoga school with the intention of growing her personal practice and not particularly wanting to teach. However, once she finished the 200 hour training with Laughing Lotus in NYC, Jessica realized how much she wanted to share her passion with others. A few months later she moved to London where she taught full time. It was an amazing experience and really confirmed for Jessica that teaching yoga is what she love to do. Two years later Jessica moved to Charlotte and couldn't be happier to have brought her yoga experiences with her. Jessica teaches from her personal practice and most definitely from the heart. “I believe that yoga can be fun, soulful and liberating!”•
