Les cuento que le puse: 1 manzana verde 🍏, 1/2 pepino sin cáscara 🥒1/2 taza de espinaca, 1/4 de betabel, 1 chayote, 1 calabacita, 1 trocito de jengibre y 1 limón sin cáscara 🍈. Es rico en hierro para evitar la anemia, por la espinaca y el betabel, así como rico en vitamina c por el limón y en fibra soluble por la pectina por lo que ayuda para el estreñimiento. Recuerden prepararlo en un extractor de jugos y si no tienen en la licuadora con la menor cantidad de agua posible para que no se diluya y posteriormente colarlo.
