I have a lot of big plans 2019. Thinking about all I want to accomplish seems like a huge undertaking, but I am excited to accept the challenge!
The first major change was my husband opening his own business full time @mindmusclewellness. Very scary, but I am super proud. He is so talented and deserves every bit of success. Now, I have to focus on myself and my weigh loss journey.
I lost 32 pounds before our wedding and then gained back 2/3 of it within 6 months. Disappointing, yes, but not the end for me. I am using many programs and trainers to hold me accountable including @healthywage@sweat@kayla_itsines@john_benton_model_fitness@goldsgym@shaunt & @beachbody. By 2020, I will turn 32 at my physical peak. I’m saying it now so you all can hold me accountable too. Please feel free to check in and ask me what I’ve done today or what I’ve eaten! I encourage everyone to help me! And I will help you in return.
