Honestly haven’t really been taking too many photos lately, I’ve just been enjoying my time and living in the moment. Koh Tao, Thailand is absolute paradise and a must visit if you ever come here. There’s just something about the energy of this place that is amazing and makes me feel super happy. And despite some challenges; like having an allergic reaction to peanuts a few hours after arriving and getting locked out of both my bank cards yesterday, I’m having the most amazing time!
I’ve also met some of the most kind and welcoming people here, as well as randomly bumping into Chris from the UK who I met on the overnight train from Bangkok last week!
It’s also my birthday tomorrow so I’m thinking, beach in the morning, going to Choppers (Aussie) Bar in the arvo to watch the footy and then we shall see where the night takes me from there! Peace for now ✌🏼
Long tail boat ride down the Chao Phraya river, Bangkok. Some very interesting scenes on this little 1 hour cruise…
Currently on the ferry to Koh Samui after a long 12 hour journey to Surat Thani on a sleeper train last night. In desperate need of a shower, still caked in sweat from yesterdays adventures around Bangkok 😂 Met some amazingly friendly people along the way too, sucks we had to part ways so soon but it’s all part of it and we’re all on our own individual paths. Time to relax now after a very busy and exhausting first couple days 🌴👌🏼🍹
So, this is it.. this is essentially every last thing I’ll be taking with me for 12 months of travel through Asia. I’m actually really looking forward to the challenge of living out of a backpack; carrying only what I need (plus a few cheeky extras). I think this is the life for me, it just feels right!
Also, please feel free to chuck me a follow if you want to keep in the loop and see where this journey takes me, I’d love for you to join me! My first stop is Bangkok, Thailand and I promise there will be lots of photos on the way soon! 😊✈️✌🏼
