💯 not explaining myself to anyone. You're going to think what you want anyway. Might as well save the breath and energy for something much more valuable than your opinion. 🤷🏾♀️
I just need to say how much I love this guy here. He has brought so much joy and love into my life in the past six months.
My last puppy, Gretchen, was just shy of 20 when she passed away, and the last few months with her were especially rough. She had never been sick in her entire life, so when the time came I wanted to do everything I could for her. Hand fed her, gave her liquids through a syringe, risked my job quite a few times and unfortunately had to give her fluids through an IV for two months. I drove her to the vet every single day, we’d share breakfast, and I honestly felt so close to her on our morning drives together. She was very with it and happy until the last few days. She was such a tough little lady. Some called her a Twinkie. She got me through some of the hardest things in life, including my dad passing away when I was 14. I never could have imagined my life without her. I was so lost after she passed away, and I didn’t think I would want another dog in my life so soon.
Six months later, enter Ruben. I was not ready for him at all, in so many ways! But I missed having a dog around so much that it was almost making it harder to process losing Gretchen. I was persuaded by many people that it would help heal more than anything else. And it was love at first sight with this one. He is such a lovable goofball. So sweet, so snuggly, intelligent and so much sass. Everybody’s best friend. I didn’t know I could love him this much already. What a special guy; he truly picked me up when I needed it the most.
Who here can relate? ❤️🐶❤️
"Não sei se viro menina, se viro mulher, se viro todas. Se viro Santa , se viro doida. Quem sabe viro onça. Viro a mesa, viro o jogo, viro a página. Quem sabe viro a vida do avesso!!! Pode ser que eu vire eu mesma.
Mas fique tranquilo, eu me viro!" #GoodNight 😊
