Book #6 of #abookaweek is done and WOW...the wealth of knowledge in Rich Dad's Guide to Investing by @therealkiyosaki is astounding. Coming from a financial background myself, this was a phenomenal book, but as a general consumer there is some extremely useful information in here as well as some deep diving questions and topics to get you in the right headspace. Everyone should read this book at least once if you plan to become any kind of independent investor.
Had to wake up this morning and take my own advice
As I encourage you
Please believe I'm encouraging myself !
Sometimes we're looking to gain certain things from others when all the strength and love we need comes from God and then within.
Stay true to who you are even when others can't see it.
“The reality is: sometimes you lose. And you’re never too good to lose. You’re never too big to lose. You’re never too smart to lose. It happens.” – Beyonce

Snuck a quick one in for book #5 to try and catch up for #abookaweek, and there is a TON of useful information in this little book! Rich Dad's Guide to Becoming Rich is a more practical book, taking a look into different types of debt, good debt vs bad debt, and debt management. Interesting read, even if your debt is all managed well!
New month, renewed me.
It's time to refresh your goals and reinvigorate your motivation to grow the way you wanted to on Jan 01. Did you stop going to the gym already, or not keep up with your daily posting goal? Around this time of year people start to give up on their goals for the year because they failed at what they wanted to do with their New Years resolutions. Pick those goals back up and start again this month, then every month and keep the motivation going!

Book #4 (Yes I am a week behind) of the year is done! Before You Quit Your Job by Robert Kiyosaki is one of my favorite books he's written so far! I appreciate the real stories behind the business lessons as opposed to a lot of other authors that just throw information at you and can sometimes make it hard to enjoy reading. This book covers 10 key points every aspiring entrepreneur should consider and cover before actually taking that leap of faith and giving up full team employment. I recommend it to anyone who is looking to move forward with a business, but especially the apprehensive, analytical types. This may be the push you need.
