Arizona is full of places that can’t be captured on film. Even when the colors, lighting, and subject perfectly align, it doesn’t come close to how awe-inspiring walking through this canyons for the first time is.
Seek Brand Ambassador @captcza takes a little break from the wall for a crisp cool swim... which sounds like the perfect way to end a long day! 🧗♀️⛰⛱ #seekdrygoods#howiseek

Isn't it crazy how our planet can be this beautiful

There is something to be said about friendships that get put to the test of the mountains. In the harsh environment that can break many. Being cold, hungry, exhausted, tense, on edge....the list goes on. •
Over the past few months the 2 weirdos ( @wjlb23@mickasaurus_turnsup )featured in this picture have had my life in their hands day after day, as I’ve had theirs. Trust gains a new meaning after taking on challenges such as these together. There were small spats, occasional disagreements and “hangry” comments but over and above all that, there was endless laughter, achievements and amazing times. Thank you for the latter boys and thank you for tolerating my OCD ways 😂👊.
Choose the people you surround yourself with, in the mountains, but more importantly in your day to day life. Keep the good ones, ditch the rest.
I’m so stoked on bouldering at Tram right now! So many projects, so little time (before my pass expires and I have to pay again). Looking to send a few more 7s this summer and hopefully my first 8! 📸: @kevin_the_young
This is a volcano.
We like volcanos.
Once reached this part, my daughter shouts “The gravel is hot lava! If you stop you die! Run!!!” 🌋
So we ran like total maniacs.
Not sure if you know, but if raise both hands in the air, you’ll run faster. 🤣🤣🤣
Once we reached the top we were able to see the painted hills.
Such a unique little hike.
Nope, not the immortal words of Jack Kerouac, but the order being barked at Andrew as Emily sprinted up higher and higher towards this piece of symmetrical beauty you can see above.
We say time and time again that we do not let Instagram shape our travels. But the reality is that every now and again we will get up early, stay out until dark, or go a little out of our way for an irresistible photo. Now, this doesn't conflict with what we were talking about a few weeks back - as amateur photographers we want to shoot landscapes at their best but that DOESN'T mean breaking rules or going off the trail (that's the difference between respectful and responsible travel, and being a dick). For this particular photo, going a 'little out of our way' meant walking an extra couple of miles straight after we finished an eight-mile loop around Tre Cime (the one where Emily fell in the snow, and we were both caught in a torrential downpour). As the sun threatened to set and the peaks turned to gold, we felt that our hike through these epic landscapes would not be complete without seeing and shooting THAT view.
Just us, an orange jacket and the last few rays of an early summer's day.
Some very unlikely Hawaiian scenery — we went from being in the ocean to (literally) being above the clouds at the very top of Mauna Kea (13,000 ft). If you look closely at the horizon in the first image, you can see the faint silhouette of Maui.
Being up here among the observatories was otherworldly and the landscape reminded us of the Chilean desert.
Two things I learned that blew my mind: 1) measured from its base under the ocean, Mauna Kea is the tallest peak in the world, at over 32,000 feet! For context, Everest is at ~ 29,000 feet. 2) The Hawaiian Islands are essentially the exposed peaks of a massive underwater mountain range.
Each island was formed as the Pacific plate moved Northwest over the hotspot that the big island currently sits on and you can literally see the trail of volcanic/geologic history! 🤯

Appreciating Mammoth’s best skiing resort and it’s three outdoor heated pools alongside a jacuzzi ⛷! Can we please meet soon? 😻

Capturing the spirit of the Rockies is Spirit Island on Maligne Lake. 💦 The further south on the lake you travel, the closer you get to glaciers, and the more emerald-colored the water becomes. It was a lovely morning cruise to get here 💙 #pursuitlife
A group of friends, 2lb Chipotle burritos, a "sun-brella," and I trekked deep into the wilderness in search of this turquoise-colored lake. And boy, was it a hike! While our two-day trip quickly turned into a one-day waterlogged journey, I couldn't have asked for a better way to start the week! You can watch all the highlights and mishaps from this hike on my stories!⠀
*And yes it's true, @scottyreichard hiked in two, 2lb Chipotle burritos to enjoy at the top #winning

I’m not sure I’ll ever shake that terrified feeling that comes from being on the edge of a cliff. The sweaty palms, hyper awareness of how close you are to the edge, the sinking feeling in your stomach. Maybe that’s a a good reminder of our own mortality and fragility... a reminder of how lucky we are to be alive
Are you afraid of heights?
From the looks of it, I’m pretty sure @louismatracia is a dude who embraces it.
A postcard from Sweden. I’m on holiday but cannot help working a bit. Currently we stay at this beautiful lake. I’ve been to Sweden so many times and beside Denmark this is where I would live.

„Rippled“ - Kochelsee, Germany 🏠
‘All good things come in threes.’ Coming back to this place always reminds of the good old days when my photography obsession began I tried to use every single weekend I had while studying to get to new places and to get better at what I love. Fast forward a couple of years - I‘m still following my passion with one difference, I‘m doing it full-time now 😄
