Howdy. I’m Rianna and I NEVER look like this. So I’m recording it in case one day I need to prove that once upon a time I wore makeup and washed my hair in the same day.
I live in London and am about to hit the road for six months from Jan’19. I cannot freaking WAIT. I am a #fitnessgeek and an online health coach. I very possibly have an addiction to chocolate protein smoothies. And peanut butter. Which I mainly eat out of the jar. At work. #zerofucks. I have a mildly annoying tendency to listen to the same song on repeat FOREVER.
Ps. this was literally a selfie I sent to my bf to be like wtf do I look like rn 😂
R e s c u e d i v e r in the making 🐬
Just had our initial orientation with @bigsquiddivecentre ahead of our #rescuedivercourse in September 🏊🏽♀️ learnt some new skillllllzz, saved G’s life (in practice) twas fun to mess about a bit and felt goooooood to be underwater again #iwasafishinmypastlife 🐠🐠
FYI, if you’re based in London (or anywhere nearby actually) these guys are the BEST dive school👌🏽and I’ve done all my courses with them for that reason. Literally whenever I dive abroad or anywhere else in the country, divers are always impressed with my skill level for the number of dives I have under my belt - I’m not blowing my own 🎺 because I will fully attribute that to awesomeeeee teaching 👨🏻🏫🦑

Freezing to death but golden hour with a view was worth it ☀️🌔🌞🌝🌏
To finish off, this is currently my profile picture, which was taken at the top of Bear Tooth Pass in Montana. This is part of the Bear Tooth Highway, which is an incredibly scenic route across the state.
Beyond that, that's all from the USA for a short while. I still have states 28 - 40 to cover, which will come the next time I cover the USA, after this summer's trip. While this Instagram is heavily focused on my tours of the USA, it still has the "beyond" element - which will be the other countries from time to time.
So, in the meantime things are about to go a bit nuts. Tomorrow is my last day working in the UK as a teacher! It's been a busy and mostly great 8 years within the profession, but this year has been particularly brutal both mental health wise (unrelated to work and the job moves - but they didn't help 😆), and with the constant change. That being said, I've come out the other side feeling much stronger and more prepared for what will be the next stage of my life. I decided it was time to do something I've always wanted to do and move to a new country and live there for a while.
Tomorrow I'll be getting up at 6, driving an hour to work for the last time, and then heading back home as soon as I'm done. Then I'll be selling my car that I've owned for over 5 years 😭
Followed by some speed packing and then heading to the airport as on Saturday I fly out to Berlin to start what should be another incredible summer of travels. This year I'll be visiting 6 new countries, mainly in Eastern Europe, but also Zambia and Tanzania in Africa (my first time on the continent). As soon as I return from travels, I'll have 2 days left in the UK before moving to Italy for at least two years (with visits to the UK from time to time). It's going to be a busy and intense summer but going to be worth it! The first part of the trip in Europe will be with @pro.traveller.
Expect posts when I can get WiFi about where I currently am, and expect plenty of Italy posts after I've moved there, mixed among the USA posts.
In the meantime I may post a few pictures from my trip to the Lake District in May. Depends if I get time.
I’m back bitches!! So good to be back with Intro Travel it’s been a long 9 months. But now I am ready to smash Thailand with pink hair at the ready! Couldn’t have asked for a better first group! #Jessella#introtravel#Thailand 💓🇹🇭💓Thank you for the epic photo!! @mashewthecashew xx
