Building Your Rear Delts
The Rear delts is referring to the backside of your shoulder and this is a great area to build to create that “3D” effect.
I like doing these high rope pulls. Some people pull to there face but I see them usually shrugging their shoulder blades together which works more of their traps. If you pull above your head I see it helps activate the rear delts a little more.
Try this out and see if you activate some muscles you have never felt before!

Pull day Figured I'll film it since some people might not know the names of each exercise. Quite high volume. Hopefully this is helpful.
1) 1 arm lat pull in 2 sets x 15-20 reps (Just to get blood to lats)
2) Pull ups 3 sets x 10-12 reps (don't do what I'm doing towards the end😅 keep your core tight)
3) Bent over rows to ground? (Idk the name) row 3 sets x 10-12 reps
4) Omni-grip lat pull down 3 sets x 10-12 reps (in the video I only did one grip variation. Do another slightly closer together and the last one underhand)
5) Rope face pull 2 sets x 15 reps
(Looks like I faint at the end😂 neck cramped up so try to relieve tension from your neck)
6) cable pull over 2 sets x 8-10 reps
7) Cable pull aparts 2 sets x 15-20 reps
8) Seated one arm machine row 2 sets x 15-20 reps
9) Hammer bicep curls 3 sets x 8-10 reps superset with barbell bicep curls (couldn't fit this in the rest of the video) 📷: Also thanks to the dweeb @william.carter8 for filming and the photo
