Spent a beautiful hour out in the Sunday sun with Josh, doing our Life Pilot weekly check-in.
Every Sunday, for over a year, we've used our own Life Pilot tool (awesome colour coded spreadsheet) and process (reflections, observations and deep questions) to live with more intention.
To focus on what matters, to understand what our priorities really are.
To look back on the roses,🌹 thorns and bananas and how we did with hitting our goals and intentions.
We also look at whether we are on or off track to reach out monthly and quarterly goals.
Then we plan for the week ahead. It's been nothing short of transformative.
I have a lot of gratitude 💃for this life planning system we've developed and that we are two people who naturally want to do this.
We weren't sure if we were strange and geeky about this or whether others would benefit too.
Turns out we are still a bit odd but 😋 but we have 90 Life Piloters using our system now and the overall verdict is they love it!
Every single person is unique yet the power and simplicity of our tool is really benefiting them.
Whether they use it with their partners, friends, family member, biz partners or by themselves, everyone has found something within it that has had a direct impact on their lives, time and purpose.

What to do with self doubt?
That small voice, you know the annoying one. It usually spend its time coming up with ridiculous excuses as to why we can’t work out. It’s too hot, it’s too early, it’s too late, I am pretty sure it might possibly rain 🙄
Self doubt can get inside our heads and can often try to distract us from the bigger picture. So sometimes you have got to sit yourself down, look yourself in the mirror and give yourself that little pep talk.
You’ve got what it takes, you are capable of amazing things & you are stronger than your best excuse 🙌

Some days I am so excited to hit the gym and other days I don’t feel like it and need to drag myself there. Here are some tips that have helped me and will help you to keep that motivation coming 🏃♀️💃👯♀️🦄
1. Look back on where you started and see the results you’ve made thus far. Seeing results is so motivating 🙏
2. Revisit your goals. Maybe it’s time to set a few new short term goals so you’re always looking forward to achieving something on the journey to your long term goal.
3. Switch up your workout routine. Try something new and exciting!
4. Go out and treat yourself to a new gym outfit. We all can’t wait to rock a new outfit
5. Grab a friend to work out with and keep you accountable 💪

:30 each (left and right hand) straddling the line - Ball control over line side to side. .
:30 each hand - standing behind line (as shown) - front, back, front, back continuous -
:30 each hand - front, back, cross-cross . . -
:30 each hand - front, back, cross-between -
:30 each hand - front, back, behind cross .
These stationary ball-control moves are used to develop the ability to manipulate the ball and make moves out of various ball placements. Sometimes we have to protect behind us in our pocket then go straight into a move. -
Give it a shot. Count how many rotations you get in each :30 segment and shoot to get faster and improve that number.

⏰TIME⏰ is the easiest and oldest excuse used. BUT, a lot can be done with little time. .
This is from a 30 minute workout Saturday. I usually use Saturday for some cardio and a full body workout, but with regionals I didn't have "Time" for everything I normally do and only had about 30 minutes to work. -
➖5 minute warmup -
➖25 minutes: ➖ -
🔹Overhead plate Lunge down - -
🔹Floor press x12 -
🔹Broad Jump Back - -
🔹EZ bar curl x15 --
🔹 :30 Active rest (Plank or bird dogs)
Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Went for 10-11 sets (lost count) -
Wasn't able to do everything I wanted to, but kept intensity high and was more worn out then I am from a lot of my usual hour #workouts. -
Let's worry less about the time we don't have and take more action with the time we do.
