If you want something you’ve never had before, you’ll have to do something you’ve never done before. So I will dedicate 10 minutes of my day for the next 10 days to work on #goalswithpurpose
Insight of today: my trip to Italy was what gave me most energy the last 90 days. I want more of that 😍

It’s alright to not like Mondays, you might have prepped yesterday, planned your workouts and gone to bed with the best intentions but then Monday comes and hits you right in the face.
My challenge to you is to pick one thing to focus on for the week. Mine is to get my nutrition nailed because the last couple of weeks have seen birthdays and some booze!
Have a good Monday, caffeinated or not! ☕️
So what did I learn on yesterday’s trail run?! 🍂 🏃♀️ 🍁 -
Learning to live in the present helps in so many different aspects of your life - I used to and sometimes still do get pretty anxious about what’s to come but learning to live in the present has helped to hugely reduce my anxiety. On yesterday’s trail run I found myself slipping back into old habits of worrying about the miles that I still had to come - so I took back control and focused on what I was doing in that moment, got my head up and focused on the beautiful nature that was around me 🍂 and trust me it helped 👌🏻
This run also reinforced the fact that you should get your body and mind working together - think about how you can change your form to make you more efficient - glutes engaged, power off your toes, chest up (especially on the really steep hills 😂) -
Lastly reminding yourself that you have control over whether you panic or stay calm - running up some of the really steep hills I found myself really panting and then starting to panic about how puffed out I was - talking to myself as if I was coaching a client hugely helped! Be your own motivator 🎉
Last but not least get yourself a great running partner who will push you until the end - even when you want to be sick 🤢
Trying something different every now and then is great for the soul 💕
Thank you #ashfordtri666 we will be back 😊
Chest day, best day. Every chest day I have this particular tradition of utterly destroying my chest and making my titties numb for a few days.
That's okay though, because after that my chest get bigger and better so if you do the math you can see that it is very worth it.
International chest day is upon us, you have to make full use of this special occasion (that happens every week) and fully and heavily hit that chest in the gym.
Most of us don’t know that every Formula 1 driver should be physically fit to sit behind the steering wheel. Their fitness routine includes Core Workouts such as Swiss Ball Press Ups, Swiss Ball Balancing and Over-arm Pull Ups. They also must accomplish their endurance workouts by activities such as Swimming, Biking, Rowing and Hiking. Their Strength Workouts are the final steps of the day.
#physiqueupdate week 3 of my gaining phase and as always sporting a @myproteinuk vest. Pleased to share my scale weight has increased by another 0.75lbs this week 📈 current weight 182lbs / 82.6kg
More importantly for me, my training performance is improving week on week. I measure this by tracking the load and number of repetitions on compound exercises 🏋🏻♂️ in combination with rate of perceived exertion of my isolation exercises.
For the upcoming week no changes to activity 🏃🏻♂️ or training 💪 but I will increase carbs by a further 25g per day 🍽
Start the day right with some fruit & vegetables! Yep... vegetables in the morning. Sometimes the idea of having veg in the morning seems off putting, but if you blend it into a fruit smoothie with strawberries... you won’t even taste or see the veg, but will still reap the nutritious benefits #urbanlean
Hi, I'm Reamie (Re-eh-me), do we know each other?
I'm 36 years old (truth!) and live in 757 area of Virginia. I spend most of my time here because it's basically paradise at home! I love my 2 hour glam sessions whenever I do get the chance to get dolled up but usually I like to keep it simple nowadays in my yoga pants as a busy mom of 3, and I still get amused at magic tricks. I recently celebrated my 12 year wedding anniversary with the love of my life, John, and I'm looking forward to many more years to come!
Life hasn't always been perfect, some moments I REALLY wish for a redo. I've had to master the art of Forgiveness and I love teaching you the process. I am the creator of the high vibe society, @wellnessagencyva a holistic company centered around helping professionals look good and feel their best from the inside out. I love working with high performing women and sharing how I overcome my limiting beliefs and manage my energy.
I've done away with labels so whether you see me as an extrovert or introvert, it doesn't really matter to me. I am that I am, therefore I am. I overcame my fear of cats - but will always be a dog lover and a dog mom. I love talking about energy and crystals and I want to know YOU, babe!

It’s that time of the year again. Time to review my journals. This one right here is probably the one I will treasure the most. •
The covers alone remind me of some of what I believe are my best attributes. •
This journal memorialized pivotal breakthroughs as well as the breaking of strongholds. •
It kept me grounded when I was confronted with great opposition. But God has my back ALWAYS. Quite a few battles I handed over to Him so I could focus on my tasks. •
It was a daily reminder of my “Why” as well as who and what matters to me most. •
Most importantly it taught me that I can be silent and ignore foolishness. To contend with fools is truly a great waste of time. •
It is truly a great reminder of where I was, where I am now, and where I am headed.
Do you journal? What do you get out of journaling? I hope you get a chance to review your own journals and appreciate your personal wins, both big and small. Be amazed at how far you’ve come!😉🙌🏼🙏🏼
Big congrats to everyone who conquered the @cityrunsldn Fulham 10k yesterday – especially our #flygirl@kmency, who made her 10k debut 🙌🏾❤️😍👏🏾👌🏾🎉💃🏽💥

Day 2... Okay so one of the things I struggle with consistently is eating healthily, so my focus is to make better choices, plan well and eat better. Today was the second day in a row of making good choices, which I track of course
Stretching is an essential part of any good workout routine, before and after, it's exactly why every gym basically has an open area to stretch in. Make use of what you are given and never forget to s t r e t c h.

They say a good goal should scare you a little and excite you a lot
I have to say the thought of doing a half distance ironman next month scares me a lot!

Spontaneity and goal setting
Can they co-exist? Some would say No, others yes. Personally I am in the latter camp.
Life in general for me is spontaneous. I very rarely make plans for the future. I much prefer to take each day as it comes and react to how I'm feeling on the day as there is no point in forcing yourself to do something when you heart isn't in it.
This however changes when I'm not entirely happy with a certain aspect of my life. In these circumstances I need to set goals in order to achieve the changes required, however even these goals aren't set in stone, I have learnt to be flexible (to a certain degree) on timescales but not so flexible on how I want to achieve it.
I am on a journey of change at the moment in both my personal and professional life and to achieve this change I need the spontaneity to adapt and goal setting to achieve.
