Day Two was a killer. I’m still recovering from last nights leg and shoulder workout, so pushing through these set of workouts was a challenge.
Today’s workout consist of the following:
• Barbell Deadlifts
• Pull-ups • Cable Seated Rows
• Cable Rope Face Pull
• Lat Pull down
• TRX Inverted Rows
• Bench Modified V Sets
• Leg Raises

This post is to remind me of a goal I have set for myself: to consistently go to the gym and track my food until my birthday (July 11). If I feel I’ve adequately achieved this goal I’m going to treat ma’self to a pair of these beauties!
Coach Connor had the privilege of coaching the U15 Queensland Metro Girls Futsal Team in the FFA Futsal National Champs. This is just one of the many goals scored from the tournament and special recognition goes out to player Mali for scoring this volley! She worked hard every training practicing her volleys and it finally paid off! 💥🔥
