So grateful to be back teaching yoga at @the_berkeley rooftop this morning. With blue skies and a view overlooking the pool and Hyde Park, there is no better way to start my day in London.
As part of our @siloulondon collaboration, we have one more month of yoga sessions - every Friday and Saturday until the end of September. You can also shop the collection in the spa boutique too. Hope to see you there! 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️ 📸 @cocosteaparty

Hello all! I am a 9-5 workaholic at Art Industry; while dreaming and literally planning trips for the rest of the time🙃. Start taking photos seriously and fearlessly after a trip to Morocco 2 years ago, deeply in love to get lost in exotic places.
My IG is all about...
💫 Creating wonderful moment
When I'm not travelling, I like to...
🌸 Cook! (Master chef in progress)
🌸 Attract my cat’s attention
🌸 Edit my photos and video
Anita asks 🤷:
If time and money is not your concern, where will be your dream destination? What would this trip be like? (ps. There are so many places i wanna go and I do not know how to answer this! )
I have always wanted to travel along the Silk Road and in Central Asia. I didn’t want to put it off any longer so I decided to do a solo trip to Uzbekistan for my birthday!
My itinerary: Tashkent - Samarkand - Bukhara - Khiva - Tashkent. The ancient cities of Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva in Uzbekistan are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites. The minarets, madrassahs and mausoleums, many of which have been painstakingly restored, continue to breathe the colourful history of the Silk Road. It’s almost like time travelling into an eastern fairy tale.
Salom from the Tillya Kari Madrassah courtyard in Registan Square, Samarkand! Befriend the guards and if you’re lucky, they might let you in way before opening hours to take photos ;) once the Registan opens at 8am, it’s swarmed with tourists. I met two guards yesterday evening who agreed to let me in early this morning. The only catch? Getting here at 6am.
Cortina d'Ampezzo has a thousand year old history and a long tradition as a tourist destination. This lovely little town has really fancy vibes!
Tourism is set to boom even more as the town will host the Alpine Ski World Championships of 2021. But apart from that it is really the beauty of the town which attracts so many tourists.
It is surrounded by the majestic Dolomite peaks, has a beautiful old town and some fantastic options for eating and shopping!
It's hard to put the camera down when what you're looking at is so incredible. So much so that we took 912 photos during the four days we were in Göreme!
But beyond the fairytale we were seeing, we couldn't ignore what’s happening to #Turkey's economy right now. The authoritarian regime and its actions have pushed the country onto the brink of a financial crisis -- causing the value of the Turkish lira to drop to the lowest its been in over two decades. These are the same actions that have undermined human rights, free press, and democracy for years. I hadn't realized the scale and breadth of these issues before we arrived. And so much of what I've learned hits close to home given the current political mess in the U.S. In today's day and age, feigning ignorance is no longer an option. Travel. Learn. Share your stories. Be informed.

Mother Nature’s best work can be found in Iceland ✨ We pulled the car over literally every 5 minutes because there were just so many awesome things to take pictures of. Can’t wait to return one day and road trip the North 🙌🏼 -
Exploring old & crumbly mud citadels, chasing pretty light, breathing in too much dust, and accidentally walking into someone’s living room when we thought the whole kasbah was abandoned. In a way, this kind of sums up our Morocco experience.

Love. I met Ben nearly 3 years ago in Portugal and meeting him was one of the best things that had happened to me. At that stage in my life, I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to do with my life, I was not sure if I was ready to study at uni yet like all my friends did. I was creating art and knew I would always create but I was still finding myself.. After a week of meeting, we were falling for each other a bit more everyday. Later in the year I did the big move and moved to Australia to live with Ben and travel around the country. It has nearly been 3 years, and I have learned and experienced SO much, about myself, about the world, about nature, about art, about love. Thank you 🌹 @fromourearthphoto
