To me is never been about how you look, it’s about who you are inside.
Your inner beauty inspires me to create your look. I want to help you with that first impression.
Ambitious loving girls have my heart. The ones that want to make a positive impact in the world and help other girls succeed. If that’s you, welcome to my studio babe❤️
Love you girly.
Everyday goal —> wake up, & be a B O S S.
What does being a boss babe mean in this coaching world? It means committing to my program, doing my workouts, drinking my nutrition shake, reading personal development, and INSPIRING OTHERS.
Why do I do this? Because I want to help other ladies who are where I was a year ago. I want them to know they don’t have to be there & they can get happy & healthy.
I also want to help mentor ladies who want / need a side income because maybe they want to be free from debt 💸 or travel 🛫🌎 or be home with their families more 👪
If any of those things describe you, reach out to me & let’s be friends 👯♀️ I’m here to help you ❤️
This is the second part of my workout where Indie decided to join in with me 🥰 exercises aren’t very hard but every little bit counts and it’s still bonding ❤️
Anxiety. Can take over when something rocks your security.
It’s out of control, when it lurks around every corner. Leaving you in fear of when it will strike again.
—Regaining your power begins by recognizing that you are being triggered by a FAKE threat.
The initial cause may have been real. But now that threat is gone.
—Prayer can help you get through the waves. Invite the Holy Spirit into the center of of your emotions.
-Visualize holding onto Jesus. As He calms the storm. Let it pass. Trusting Him to take care of it......—Memorize a couple of verses that you can repeat over and over to get you through the moment.
✨Depending on the amount of trauma, you may need counseling.
These tricks cannot replace getting to the root of the problem.
“And he (Jesus) awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” Mark 4:39 ESV
Surprise! She's still a girl!
I have felt pretty strongly she was a girl from the beginning, but I kind of anxiously awaited our final ultrasound last week. Everyone (including me) had felt Leland was a boy, but two ultrasounds said it was 95% looking like a girl....until I asked for one more ultrasound a week or two before the due date...and lo and behold our little girl was a boy! 😳
Good thing she has been very clearly a girl each and every time (and the ultrasounds agree with my mommy instincts)!
Tell me your "you won't believe this happened" stories! 👇🏻👇🏻
Even as a child, I expected God to make His presence known.
I wasn’t the most faithful of followers, but I knew if I needed Him that He would come. Not expecting Him to be a genie that would zap unfortunate circumstances. But rather, a comforter and protector that would get me through.
That asking, seeking, and knocking brought me to the place where He revealed His deep love for me.
The power of it brought me to my knees. It changed my life.
Did you know that you can ask the Holy Spirit to fill you up? For God to increase inside of you, helping you to see Him and understand Him better.
Keep asking, seeking, and knocking. Go after that deeper relationship. He will be faithful to open the door and let you into His light!
“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened....How much more will your Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask.” Luke 11: 9-10,13 NIV
For everyone that has a "getting fit" new years resolution, these are my tips! 👯♀️ 1. Don't doubt your ability! By wishful thinking you're already setting yourself for failure. Believing in yourself has more power then you can imagine. You'll find the strength that you need.
2. Don't be afraid of being judged. You're at least the percentage of people that go and it shows self respect! Feeling confident wipl naturally come the more you go and see results.
3. Don't start crazy. You can't expect to get instant results by going for a few days or weeks. If you expect this you'll eventually get discouraged and stop. You are starting a habit you're not used to. Therefore, start slow by going a few minutes and gradually add 5-10 minutes more. Make it attainable! By not going all out for 45 min or more, you'll achieve self belief and commitment. You'll finish feeling accomplished and showing yourself that you CAN do this.
4. Set a schedule. Find a realistic time for you to go and make the changes neccessary in order to do it. Get up 1 hour before, watch 1 hour less of TV, don't be so much on your phone, etc, etc. This may be a reality check to see where your time is spent.
I hope this helps since this is what I've learned 🌼🌻 #transformation#learntoloveyourself#transformationtuesday#fitmotivation#fitspo#fitgirlsguide#healthylifestyle#healthyandhappy#healthtips#fitnesstips#fitnessjourney#fitnessinspiration#motivation#fit#girlshelpinggirls#helpinggirls#girlswholift#fitgirls#fitgoals

Most of us aren’t taught that we have everything we need internally. We grow up reaching outside of ourselves by way of external solutions. We seek status and advancement from higher education, love from other people, wealth from money, healing from medications.
Usually it isn’t until all of the above don’t actually produce the fulfillment we’re after that we end up, by default, learning that the realest of all solutions is INWARD. And peeps, it’s no coincidence that THIS, although neglected, is our default.
We already possess what we search for. We have all the energy, power, healing and inspiration to achieve love, wealth and enlightenment inside of us. Sometimes we need help with how to access it, and that’s more than okay. It’s necessary.
I’ve been blessed to learn how to access my soul’s truth from way pavers who learned before me. I’ve been taught and mentored by some of the most powerhouse, inspiring, aligned-with-their-soul women I could ever hope to know and share experiences with.
They showed me that, yes, everyone and everything beyond me is a teacher. Music, poetry, sunsets, snowfall, the ebb and flow of the ocean—anything that activates my inner longing. But they also showed me how quick I used to be in overlooking my inner teacher. That I learn, grow and thrive from WITHIN myself when I CHOOSE to know, allow and trust my own truth.
We must go within. We must never stop embracing that the journey inward is the greatest of all teachers. It’s an unending lesson in all the same things we’re so quick to reach outside ourselves for. It’s much more satisfying and WAY more sustainable than anything external.
Look inside. Observe what’s there. Hug the shit out of it, listen to it, LEARN from what you hear. Ask for help if this is foreign to you. Find someone who has a relationship with themselves that you admire, and discover how they got there.
Do whatever it takes to be at home within the loving space of your soul. Grow to know it, trust it, and start making decisions based on this truth. If you need help starting, I’m just a click or a DM away.
