You don’t have to move mountains. Simply fall in love with life. Be a tornado of happiness, gratitude + acceptance. You will change the world just by being a warm, kindhearted human being. - Anita Krizzan
If you follow me on my stories you know how dedicated I have been pushing myself with my fitness. It’s often not pretty because I sweat hard. 😂 I have been focusing on running, hiking, @soulcyle, crossfit, personal training with @bootybymich + yoga. ✨ Recently I hiked one of the hardest hikes I’ve ever done. It was straight elevation gain + I was so proud of myself for pushing myself to the top carry a pack. 💛 The next morning we made our way down + I felt so amazing that I went to @soulcycle where I pushed myself again. Physical activity makes me happy...does it do that for you? #soulgifted#ad 📷 @liamhall_

So me being the perfectionist that I am, I have been sitting here for the past half hour trying to find the PERFECT photo to post on Instagram. Ridiculous since perfection is an illusion that doesn't exist but I can't help myself! Can anyone else relate or am I being crazy? Lol. Probably the later but back to what you care about... the picture! Believe it or not, this vineyard is right in the middle of Paris, in the exquisite neighborhood of Montmartre. I love getting lost amidst the old world charm of these quaint cobbled streets. And while this vineyard is typically closed to the public, you can get a great view from behind the Muse Montmartre. Also just a lovely museum if you enjoy art even a little bit. And in true #girlwiththepassport style, I almost did a header into the fence as I strained to take this shot. Lol. But I promise, no grape vines were hurt in the taking of this photo.
Fall semester starts tomorrow!! 😱📚 I’m ready but, not ready ya feel me? I haven’t been in school since 2015 & I’m really nervous to get back into the “groove”. I know it’ll be hard but, I can do this. It’s just definitely going to take some time trying to adjust & having that college student mindset again. Anyways, I’m really excited to get back to my education & taking care of myself. Better late than never 😉 Anyone else going back to school? 📖

“Quick... take a #followmeto photo!” ...
Did we nail it? or no. 😂
Our first week in New Zealand has felt like the longest week ever🤦🏼♀️ We’ve been so busy car shopping, house hunting, and looking for jobs😵Yesterday was our first free day and we had bought a car the day before, so we took off up the mountain to see the surrounding area👌🏼 We were stunned by the scenery and views that are literally in our backyard 😍

Does anyone else get anxious before a big trip? I don’t even feel like I am going anywhere yet.. instead of packing or finalizing last minute details I am scrolling through pics from my last adventure 🙄😂 In my defense I pack best under pressure and with a glass of wine!

I always dreamed of visiting Argentina and wanting to visit the ‘giant flower’ located in a park in the heart of the city!
How do you prepare for a big trip? Tell me your secrets!
Sometimes I get lost and just call it an adventure. Where is my life headed next? I really don't know. Rainforest hikes, 💕

In continuation of my last post, in caring about two art forms:
Visual art is easily digestible, and especially what I paint. They're faces. They don't need to be analyzed. No one needs to figure out what's going on. I'm not trying to relay any deeper meaning other than to bring the myriad of human beings I see on a daily basis to everyone else. My portrait art is to show everyone at home what they can't see. And a little reminder that we're all the same in the end. That's it. No hidden agenda.
Narrative though, that's something totally different. And something I'm still desperate to figure out.
Follow us to Uzbekistan! 💙 The first time we heard about this beautiful country was when we were in Maldives. Our waiter, Artur is from Uzbekistan and he convinced us to visit his country, we actually forgot about it until we saw @thediaryofanomad's trip here! It instantly brought us back to our conversation with Artur and we knew we had to go this time 😍 I'm am in complete awe of how gorgeous this country is and I can't wait to show you more 🌟 | #Amegoesroundtheworld#followAmetoUzbekistan#GoProHero6
Sometimes I find myself second guessing the choices I make when I see my peers out living a lifestyle that I can’t afford to live. Then I remind myself that if it weren’t for some sacrifices, I would never be able to travel full time. I will never regret giving up Friday nights at the bar or Saturday brunches to be able to drive 20,000 km and find hidden lakes with views of mountains like this.
