Morning Motivation : Act Today In Line With How You Want To Feel Tonight!! How do you want to feel tonight going to bed as you reflect on your day? Are you going to be satisfied with feeling disappointed and frustrated and regretful or will you feel happy, proud and motivated ? Stupid question really BUT most end their days the first way.
How you start your day is so important. A positive energizing start gives you immediate wins and gives you momentum for the rest of the day. Then throughout the day you must stay focused on priorities and complete key daily habits and routines. You must focus on taking positive progressive steps towards your goals. Thinking about it does not gain results and change. Action alone does.
So this morning and throughout today act in line with how you want to feel tonight. It’s your choice.
