One legged hurdle jumps 1 set of x10, side hurdle jumps 1 set of x10, 4-way hurdle jumps 1 set of x20 reps, sitting box jumps 1 set of x10, side hurdle jump to sprint 1 set of 10, speed circle cuts 3 times each leg
Abs: Ceiling touches 1 set of x50, 30, 20, row your boat 1 set of x50,30,20, screamers 1 set of x50,30,20
Side Abs: Ab circles 1 set of x25 each side, side knee tucks 1 set of x25 each side (use weight or resistance if needed)

Amazing How Much can Change in 4 years!!! Looking at this picture that came up on my #timehop I can’t help but laugh😆 I HATED the mornings so much back then, I mean no amount of coffee could help my groggy and grouchy morning attitude👿
In this specific picture on the left my boyfriend had dragged me out of bed at 6am to go workout, he has always been a morning person🙇🏻♂️ On this day he was annoying me more than usual with his high energy and frolicking on the treadmill😒. I told him right after he took this picture of me, “I want to punch you in the face!” 🤭 I’ll admit, Not my finest moment. He would even try to help me by setting a cup of pre workout next to my bed to get me up, on more than one occasion I drank it then went right back to sleep!😂💁🏼♀️
Fast forward 4 years to today. I wake up without pre workout, I look forward to working out first thing in the morning and get up once a week at 3:30am for work @otfdowntownphx 🧡The old me would have never believed I’d be happy getting up that early and be excited for the day💪🏼🤩

I realized yesterday how much physical activity I’ve been doing lately. I went from going to boxing to playing an intramural basketball game to lifting (arm day) back to back last night. To say I slept hard last night would be an understatement. It may seem crazy doing all that but I’m so thankful I have the ability to do that many variations of physical activity
It doesn’t matter what gets you moving just get up and move. I know sometimes it can be defeating to want to actually like working out but who said we all have to do the same thing? Everyone’s interests are different and so are our bodies. The first step is finding something you enjoy and want to do multiple days a week. Trust me it’ll be hard and you’ll be tired at first but you have to push through that wall to really appreciate that hard work.

kjenner kroppen har vært litt sliten i det siste og det ble ikke akkurat noe trening i går heller, så da velger jeg og hvile ut og heller prøve på nytt igjen i morgen.
Skal prøve å bli litt mer aktiv her igjen, da jeg liker å dele en aktiv hverdag i utgangspunktet. 🤩🤪 Meeen det er også viktig å ta vare på helsen ved å la kroppen også få hvile. ❤️ Ønsker alle en fiinfin kveld😃
