A little upset my perfect pictures have come to an end... for now 😏
Quickly back on routine with diet and exercise. I am a little bloated but absolutely no shame while enjoying myself on the team retreat and even wore a crop top out today. &&& I actually picked up a book today on eating disorders and recovery. I feel the more I educate myself and develop a better relationship with the better I become. I will share on my instastories my thoughts as always 💭 .

I love challenges that push me to change. #Changeforthebetter I started a 100 Day Fitness Challenge. My goals are: -lower my fat percentage
-increase muscle mass
-feel stronger and fierce
This will help me be consistent, not give up and keep me in-line.
I have no weight goals because you can't judge strength on someone's weight. Muscle is more lean then fat; there are results where individuals have worked out, transformed their bodies into amazing works of art yet still weighed the same as before. This may not be the case for me but I won't know unless I push myself into transforming my body.
Ps: I'm not doing this to lose weight. I'm doing this to get stronger, feel incredible and increase my confidence in myself. Okay? 😎
