FOR THIS TO MAKE SENSE JUMP TO IMAGE NUMBER 3
I figured I show you guys the way that I color correct certain things in Lightroom and Photoshop and comparing it to the image that comes straight out of the camera.
I always try to get the image as close to what I want in camera (as possible) when shooting. And I always shot for the edit so I have a pretty good idea of what I want before I snap the image.
So this is straight out of camera!
This is where my edit ended up after I imported it to Lightroom and started editing it. I dropped the blacks and pumped the shadows up a bit.
Added contrast and little clarity, take the vibrance down to to fade the colors out.
I adjusted the exposure a little and then
I lifted the shadows and created a tiny S-curve.
Then I adjusted the individual colors to get the look I wanted.
I am big on orange & black (maybe because I am a big coffee fan 🙄) Than I move the RAW file to photoshop to make the colors pop and really get the dark orange and black look I want! Move it back to Lightroom to do some final touches with the brushes and sliders and BAAM!

It is more important to click with people than to click the shutter. xx

I used to be super afraid of heights, but the best thing about having a broken heart- becoming more and more fearless. :) 2018, I lost the person that matters the most to me, but it has made me stronger than ever.
