Now a shower and taking my kids to school. These 2hr delays really put a wrench in my days! C’mon Spring!

Ran 10k on my local trails this afternoon before the sun disappeared.
Great to feel that my easy pace is helping me get stronger whilst ensuring my body is continually recovering. •

I didn’t go into #mondayrunday with a huge desire to get it done. 🙅🏻♀️ My current plan bumped my Monday run up from 4 to 5 miles, but I didn’t procrastinate or complain about it. ❌ As soon as I was done with my weighted full body workout, I immediately drove out to the boardwalk.
It was a bit chilly to start 🥶 but it ended up being perfect running weather for me. Also, gorgeous out! 😍 The tide was super high so the ocean would be just feet away in certain areas. 🌊
I did switch up my nutrition a bit so I ended up doing this run fasted. 🍽 Despite that and getting tummy growls at mile 2, I felt super strong 💪🏻The lack of food didn’t bother me. I didn’t even wanna stop to snap my normal route pic. 📸
I really hope more of my runs will start to feel like this one! Up next is my 9 miler on Thursday so fingers crossed it will go well! 🤞🏻

Got in a good run out on a trail I hadn't been on in a while. It was muddy and slippery in parts with huge puddles of water in others. This winter has to be one of the rainiest ones we've had in a long time! My @zensah sleeves felt so good on this run!
I’ve been in desperate need of sports bras but have constantly been putting it off because if you want a good one these days, you’re putting down some money. 💸And ever since I bought from Lorna Jane 4 YEARS AGO, I got a little spoiled when it comes to quality workout gear. 👸🏻
I finally got to a point where I HAD to buy myself a few because I’m not 120 lbs anymore. Your girl has gained some muscle in my chest and back, so bras aren’t gonna fit the same. It’s no doubt contributed to my recent discomfort in my own body. 🙈 If you’re wearing clothes that don’t fit, it’s not going to help your confidence soar, am I right?
As soon as a tried them on in store, the angels sang and I knew, regardless of price, I needed these. Thankfully, I did go in-store because I found out fitness instructors get 50% off at Lorna Jane!! 🤯 And to think I almost paid the same price for lower quality bras I wouldn’t have been completely happy with.
