4 much needed miles after getting home from our camping trip late last night! 😴 Usually in Utah we are surrounded by the beautiful mountains, but on our camping trip we were actually on top of them! I had never camped at such high elevations, and it was so beautiful and the perfect place to unplug for a weekend (swipe to see some pics)! Happy to get 5 miles before we head out on a camping trip this weekend! 🏃🏼♀️🏕 I had a scary experience with a dog that certainly brought my heart rate up: I was running down a road that I normally don’t run. When I went past a house, a large dog darted out and started chasing me. I immediately turned around and slowed to a walk, trying to talk in a soothing voice to the dog (did I do the exact wrong thing?? I have no idea! 😂) Anyway, this dog was not letting up, growling and snapping at my ankles for about 50 yards. Very luckily, he never sank his teeth in, but I was scared- and annoyed! I get that he was just doing what he thinks he is supposed to do (protect his house), but c’mon people, don’t leave your big watchdog unsupervised and able to roam free! 😒 A dog attack has always been something that worries me, and now I will be even more aware! 👀 Happy Friday, friends! Back to the gym/treadmill I go until it cools down. This shit sucks! Was hoping I could save some time and run on the track at school instead of driving to the gym.
Hell to the no. Until it ever cools down, back to the treadmill I go. Can’t get my 30 minutes in without dying. And I definitely need different shoes again. Thankful I found a pair of my old ones online (new) and they’ll be here tomorrow.
Ugh. But time to get home and workout these shoulders! At least I have AC now at home lol.

Hi guys! I thought I would take a second and introduce myself and say thank you to all my new followers and YouTube subscribers!!! ✨I began running in 2015, after constantly being inspired by @yoginiannie , who has been an endless support and guide in my running life.
✨My husband, dog, family and friends mean more to me than anything. ✨ I am loyal to the @jeffgalloway13.1 Run/Wall/Run method. It has got me through more miles than I ever thought possible. He is a running hero of mine. So check him out!
✨I am also an actor with two degrees in acting, resident company member and co-founder @titantheatreco and a proud member of @actorsequity ✨I teach yoga and Pilates. My days are spent at the magical studio @karmakidsyoga in Manhattan where I get the joy of spreading the gift of yoga to kids of all ages. They are seriously the greatest. ✨I think sharks are the coolest animals on the planet. If I were not a human, I would be a shark...or a unicorn!
