🗣Future Friday 🗣
🔹This is a little different than performance or aesthetics but rather being cerebral about training.
▪️@the_muscle_doc@redwiteandjordan are the co-hosts of @rxdradio which until recently I’ve never heard about. About a week ago I heard Jordan Shallow aka @the_muscle_doc on @barbellshrugged podcast. Ever since that podcast I’ve been ripping through episodes. I’m on episode 20 already.
▪️As a health care professional working with athletes and also training for my own goals these two provide such great content for anyone in the health care setting to better serve their patient population.
▪️Learning on a daily basis is very important to me not only on a personal level but a professional level and these two offer that in a way I’ve never heard on a podcast before and I couldn’t be more excited about it!
▪️If I can learn from these two on a daily basis I know my future will be better for it!

"Studiare all'estero, soprattutto in un ambiente estremamente internazionale, mi permette di imparare da altre culture e di condividere la mia. Avere prospettive diverse sullo stesso problema è la base per l'innovazione e, per chi la pensa così, non c'è luogo più adatto in cui vivere di New York.”

Episode 4! Link in bio! @redscaretoby !! One of my mentors, close friends, and debtor of Red Scare Industries Toby Jeg joins me! He was one of the most integral players in the long story of our band, The Menzingers, releasing our E.P. Hold On, Dodge, as well as our full length Chamberlain Waits. While he was based in Chicago he helped us build a second home base. We talk about moving to Grenada, growing up in the PNW, being a first generation American, what it means to run a label in modern times, and his days at Fat Wreck Chords back during the punk surplus. He also gifts me a bunch of smuggled goods! Ahoy! #futurefriday#futurefridaypodcast#redscareindustries#grenada

With Valentine’s day behind us, we’ve seen numerous brands launching weird, humorous and semi-romantic campaigns. KFC introduced their “bouquet de poulet”, M&S sold “love sausages”, Domino’s offered heart-shaped pizzas and Aunt Bessie’s sold heart shaped Yorkshire puddings for a night in.
Research shows that in 2018, 32% of Valentine’s day spend was for experiences, up from only 18% the year before. As shoppers are increasingly gifting experiences over products, more brands are wrapping their offering into an experience with your loved one. Combined with a tongue-in-cheek approach, unrelated brands manage to take a piece of the Valentine’s Day pie, as shown by bakery chain Greggs last year, offering romantic dinners in their stores. The advice for brands: don’t take yourself too seriously, and add something wonderfully weird to the most romantic night of the year.

The whole demo was kinda lame but I like the banner that was given to me so yeah, treat nature well because well we dont wanna lose this planet, also why would we lose this planet if we can prevent it? Lets do it now or it'll be too late. Throw your trash into the trashbin. Stop buying things that are wrapped into layers and layers of plastic. Use the bus or train or bike if possible. Stop thinking 'our planet is already ruined it doesnt matter if I ruin it even more' because that way theres only few years left for our earth, probably even months. Yo. I said what had to be said. (My English is kinda broken right now I'm sorry) #futurefriday#fridayforfuture

#futurefriday ‼️‼️ LONG POST, PLEASE READ‼️‼️After ALOT of thought, I have decided to call off my 2018 season. Why? Sometimes you just have to deal with life, and right now it’s just not financially feasible for me to go through a competition prep. I love competing with all my heart, it really is my passion. But, sometimes you have to reassess yourself and really ask if you’re financially prepared to pay all of the expenses that a show entails, and honestly I’m not. 😪
Don’t worry, the future isn’t set in stone. I’m am grateful for everything that’s happened... is happening, but I need to focus on life. I don’t want competing to define me. Shows will always be there, & that’s the beauty of this sport. You DO NOT need the stage to be a bodybuilder. Just think of this as a hold on prep, as I deal with LIFE. We will always face challenges that will make planning our financial future difficult, and that’s why it’s better to be wise & responsible. 🤗✨ It’s ok though, I’m not going to stop giving it my all in the gym. I will always push myself past my limits. I will always strive to be my best self. This will be one of the biggest mental processes for me, but just like any goal, it takes a lot of time and sacrifice.
Love you all who have support me and my page! 💕💕
