Any decent person trainer asks their client what their goals are. Most clients struggle to pinpoint obtainable, quantifiable goals and usually spout out the socially acceptable "to be toned, fit, blah blah blah". But what does that mean?! Those statements aren't a solid WHY. People see me in the ring and assume that was the only goal. It's not. It hasn't been. It will never be the only WHY. Being able to achieve things that this body has never been able to achieve in its entire existence is the underlying reason WHY. I have put in the consistent work for over 10 years to achieve these successes. Not overnight, not a camp, not a beach body season but years of effort to achieve what to others may seen small and inconsequential but are my WHY. #myreasonwhy#consistenteffort
Most days I see no physical difference.

I love #exercises that hit #multiple#muscle groups. A not so simple but #fun & #challenging move is the #stability#ball#legcurl . This exercise engages your #core and #lowerbody making it #awesome for somebody in my profession! Fun fact? The only equipment you need is a yoga ball! Even better? Once it becomes too easy for you you can do it single legged or add weights! And absolutely best part?? Since you're working your lower body you're engaging your largest muscle groups therefore it's a great set to add to your work out routine for #weightloss !!! 🤯🤗🤑
Dedication is not a 6 week camp it's more like 6 years of consistent effort.
