Strawberry tops my list of favoritism. Just seeing a picture makes me crave for strawberries even if I'm full.. Here are some health benefits of strawberries:
Strawberry consumption is associated with decreasing LDL cholesterol aka bad cholesterol.
Due to it's high Vitamin C content strawberries have protective effect against cancers.
Also because of it's high folic acid content, it works great for ladies planning to get pregnant and are pregnant as well.
Strawberries have a greater antioxidant capacity than apples, peaches, pears, grapes, tomatoes, oranges and kiwifruit.
So enjoy these mouthwatering strawberries as snacks whenever possible.
P.S fruit sugars won't make you gain weight unless that's the only thing you eat throughout.
