Just tried my hand at a grapefruit smoothie and let me tell you, I put way too much grapefruit in it. This is my first time making anything with this fruit and it is tricky. But i learned a lot from my mistakes and have a recipe that I changed about 3 times. You have no idea how many times I make a mistake when I cook. I probably have more mistakes than successes if I were to count it up. But now I will never put more than half a grape fruit in a smoothie. And even if it was a total fail, I now have a much better recipe and an awesome picture to remember my mistakes by 😝
•1 Cup of Frozen Tropical Blend (pineapple, mango, banana)
•1 Cup of Strawberries 🍓 •1/4 of Grapefruit
•1/2 Cup of Chobani Nonfat yogurt
Treat a grapefruit like a big lemon and you shouldn’t have any issues on your sourness like I did 😝

Yang saya tau apel khas dari Malang ini ada 3 varian apel: apel Ana, manalagi & Rome beauty. *Update 1 lagi varian dg nama Karolin. Saya tidak tau kenapa namanya Rome Beauty, salah satu apel khas malang ini yang paling banyak direkomendasikan untuk teman ber-diet.
Rasanya crunchy asam-manis dan mengandung lebih banyak air dibanding 2 siblingnya.
Di kota Malang bukan hanya derah Batu yg menghasilkan buah Apel, tapi jika anda ke gunung Bromo lewat jalur kota Malang anda akan melewati kebun-kebun apel di daerah gubugklakah-poncokusumo..
Jaman saya SMA dulu, kawan2 saya banyak yang orangtuanya bertani, juragan, pedagang apel. .
Mampirlah ke sebelah timur nya malang (eh timur bukan sih? Monolog ini) sambil melihat perkebunan Apel dan merasakan udara sejuknya.

Omg we arrived in Borneo, can you tell? Here we have six varieties of dabai, the jungle olive. The taste varies from mashed potato with thyme and rosemary to salty olive oregano, to a complex thick avocado and potato with herbs . Each and every dabai taste different, Definitely my top 3 favourite fruits in the world. ❤ in the second photo we have different types of durian, including yellow and orange jungle durian and durio kutejensis. Also rambutan, young and old coconut. So good I have to pinch myself!!🙏
