PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE COOKIES!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies
Makes 12 large cookies
Per cookie: 145 calories 13g F / 1.5g C (net) / 4.5g P / 4.5g fiber
🎃1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour (168g)
🎃1/2 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice (96g)
🎃1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
🎃1/4 teaspoon baking soda
🎃1/2 teaspoon salt
🎃3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (45g)
🎃2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, softened (28g)
🎃2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (28g)
🎃1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
🎃1/2 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate sugar-free chocolate chips (112g)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, softened butter, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, erythritol, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt.
4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheet, and flatten a bit as the cookies will not spread a lot while baking. If you want the outside of the cookies to be perfectly smooth, use slightly damp fingers to smooth them out.
6. Bake for about 12-14 minutes.
7. Allow to cool, and enjoy!

Today was the first serious snowfall of winter, so the best way to stay warm is to go get yourself a cannoli donut or two and start prepping for that thanksgiving bod 😂
THIS RIGHT HERE is the new cannoli donut from @ridgedonut 👉 It’s definitely up there with the cannoli donut from Donut’s Delite, but I’m a little torn as to which one is better 🤷🏽♂️
The @ridgedonut cannoli donut comes in either powdered or chocolate (I like the chocolate better) and comes packed with ricotta cannoli filling that is absolutely nuts 🥜 The chocolate top and the actual donut itself are even MORE nuts 🥜🥜
I’m a huge fan of this cannoli donut, but I might have to give the edge to Donuts Delite since they have chocolate 🍫 chips in their cannoli donut filling... BUT, @ridgedonut has a better actual donut itself and their chocolate topping is bangin’

Officially my new favorite view 🔥 (the @milksugarlovejc boozy hot cocoa didn’t hurt either)
Have spent the last few days sorting, packing and scrubbing as we prepare to leave this wonderful neighbourhood I’ve called home for the last seven years.
Rewarding myself for all this hard work with @pennyscheeseshop’s out-of-this-world grilled cheese toastie; cheddar, Swiss raclette, Swiss gruyere, fontina plus a fifth which I forgot.
I also took Penny’s advice to add onions to the inside and extra salt to the outside. 👌
THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS! 👏🏽😍😋 Yo. This right here? We pretty rarely dine out because we have so much fun creating in the kitchen! But, when we do, this is a definite fave. Gluten and dairy free, but full of love and flavor. This stew from @highlandkitchen is a must try! It’s got so many of my favorite things: goat, plantain, curry, spiciness, warmth, kindness, love, affection. Go & get you some!

This is one of the easiest and tastiest soups ever! And how you make and enjoy your soup will be the best—for you. Add more lemon if you like lemon, use more rice or orzo if you want a thicker soup, don’t add chicken if you don’t like meat. Avgolemono soup is easily altered to preferred taste. 😋
