~ Document... I’m getting towards the end of this particular journal and it’s incredible to look back and reflect upon the growth. ~ I’m now 3 journals into it since I began setting daily goals in July 2017 and I can honestly say it’s changed my life - the way I do things daily, my belief on what’s possible, prioritizing my time ect. It’s something that’s really helped me so far and it’s something I picture myself doing for life. ~ For anyone that doesn’t currently document their own journey with writing down goals, ideas, thoughts, progression and oval growth... I highly recommend it. I’m 5 years into my own journey, but looking back through the past 3 journals from time to time is incredible and very inspiring. ~ why do I document? I tend to visualize myself looking back through every few years down the line, having 20+ journals filled with months and months of consistent daily goals and values. To be able to give value to someone starting out on their own journey and be able to show them the exact steps you took each day to get towards your bigger goals. For me that’s an inspiring thought and something I think about often that pushes me to really go into details when documenting.
