60 g havregryn
60 g boghvedemel
3 dl mælk/mandelmælk/rismælk
1 scoop vaniljeprotein (30 g)
Blend det hele og smør gerne vaffeljernet med kokosolie før du hælder dejen på. Velbekomme 🤗

Chose melted chocolate,cookie crumbs,peanuts,walnuts & caramel sauce as my toppings.The crust was a tiny bit too hard but the flavour was spot on
Delish Pizza Bar-Beef Tenderloin
As good as a thin crust pizza can get!Crispy crust,flavoursome toppings & the sauce is a story in itself.My mouth is salivating writing this

Here is how:
Cheese Sausage Omelette Wrap by @pots_pans_and_pancakes (Served 2)
Two cheese sausages/ Vienna’s steamed till done. Then set aside.
For the Omelette
1 tablespoon fresh cream
Mix with a fork. Do not whisk.
1 cups grated Gouda cheese
1 green/ red chillie chopped
Coconut oil for cooking
Spray and cook
In a large nonstick frying pan, heat the coconut oil.
Spray the non stick spray in the pan over and add half your egg mixture to make a thin layer. Allow it to thicken. Once it is solid on the bottom and almost done on the top add half your cheese and chillie.
Add the cooked sausage / Vienna about 3 cm away from the edge. Using two lifters roll the sausage up in the egg wrap.
Season with freshly milled pepper, salt, red chillie powder and garnish with coriander. Serve with a side salad and a hot drink.

The secret to getting a perfect doughnut is time. Prepping time almost takes 3hrs but it’s worth it lol.
Here’s my simple best recipe you’ll ever find for light and fluffy doughnuts. Promise!
-4cups all purpose flour -1/2cup water
-1/2cup buttermilk -3tsp instant yeast
-1/4cup melted butter -2eggs
-1tsp vanilla extract
Combine yeast and water. Let sit for 10mins. Meanwhile in a large bowl add Flour, sugar, salt, butter, egg, vanilla extract and buttermilk. Add the yeast mixture while kneading gradually. Make sure it’s a nice not sticky dough. Transfer in a flat surface and continue kneading for another 10mins adding flour if needed. Take your bowl, lightly spray oil all sides then place your dough, cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot for 2hrs.
On a floured surface roll out the dough and cut into doughnut size. I use my tumbler and a bottle top to cut the holes lol.
Place them on a floured parchment paper and let rest covered with kitchen towel for another 1hr to rise.
Once ready, heat oil over medium heat, fry the doughnuts both sides for about one minute until nicely browned.
Let them cool and serve with your fave glaze. I dipped mines in chocolate and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
