This farmers market inspired cucumber salad had guests raging at a community potluck. Simple ingredients allow natures magic to shine.
1 lb sliced cucumbers
1/2c fresh basil ribbons
1/4tbs lemon juice
1tbsp of our Ascolano Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp of our Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1/4tsp sea salt
1/4tsp fresh ground black pepper
Toss, refrigerate for 10 min (optional) and serve
Light aura not included
Chicken bacon ranch, fresh mozzarella and basil, grilled buffalo chicken and blue cheese or just plain old pepperoni and cheese. Personal size pizzas to make everyone in the house happy. Not quite @fiacchi8 worthy of course, but not bad for back yard BBQ.
