Don’t worry, the pizza wasn’t as hot as the name suggests; however, the taste was really nice. It had an ample amount of veggies on it, the crust was cooked to perfection and the cheese was spread evenly. You can notice the appealing colours in the photographs which sums it up altogether.
I had visited Mocha two times in the last 3 months and I have mixed feelings about the place. Although the rates are quite normal as per the ambience, the experience differ. My previous visit wasn’t as good as this one because the panini lacked flavours; however this time, the pizza was full of it. The location of the place is right beside Lil Chef, which should give them a severe competition, and they should understand that if they don’t ensure consistency across their menu, they might not get the expected footfall.

🍝 ALFREDO PASTA 🍝
I'm absolutely obsessed with pasta and I often make it at home but i never made alfredo pasta before. It turned out so delicious.
I chopped the boneless chicken into tiny cubes and marinated it in National Tikka Masala along with some ginger garlic paste and vinegar and left it for 15 minutes. Then i took a small amount of oil in a pan and cooked the chicken. I added some red chilli and salt in it too! I cooked it untill it was done and took out the chicken.
🔥 WHITE SAUCE:
Now in the same pan i used for my chicken, i added half a tablespoon of butter and into that, i added 1 tablespoon of flour (maida) and heated it untill it slightly changed into a light brown color. This makes our sauce thick! Then i added 4 cups of milk. You can change your quantities according to need. I mixed it well so there were no lumps. To the sauce, i added salt, red chilli, hot sauce, oregano, basil leaves (dried), and white pepper. I continually stirred and cooked untill i got a slightly viscous sauce. Make sure you don't make it too thick by keeping it on the heat for too long because it thickens ALOT on cooling.
I boiled the pasta and strained it. Then mixed the chicken, sauce and pasta all together.
My pasta was ready to serve! This is a really easy recipe and doesn't even take much time.
