Been telling anyone who'll listen (and who hasn't already been) about @xianbiangbiangnoodles. Really really loved it. The noodle soup, the chicken in spicy sesame sauce, the tofu skin (that I'd never heard of before hearing about it from @ruddtara). I mixed the tofu skin in the spicy sauce from the chicken and it blew my mind.
Honestly such amazing flavours going on. Loved everything and already planned my return visit 😍

This last week I had the opportunity to cook a black truffle dinner for a couple good friends! @joyful.meandering and @come.eat.with.me I broke a few rules and made some French-Spanish fusion. Cassoulet as paella. Topped with champagne pickled onions a soft egg and of course black truffle. Dessert was black truffle ice cream with salted chocolate ganache accompanied by @ruinart NV Rose!

Homemade mushroom ravioli with brown butter sage sauce. Cheated and used dumpling wrappers for the dough because if it’s good enough for Martha it’s good enough for me. Working on an actual recipe for these because they took like no time to make and the ricotta/mixed mushroom/grana padano filling was good enough to eat on its own 🍝
